It's 12:49 am and everyone's already sleeping. But, I am nowhere near to sleep because i just read a zombie book haha. It's very quiet outside and I wonder is there anyone out there thinking and deciding to end their life in this exact time? Or is there anyone out there feeling so lonely and sad and has no one to rely on or talk to.
I admit that everyone has their sad and lonely time. It's kinda unavoidable. I can't escape it. But, I sure have some ways to not to be trap in it. I usually did these when i got sad or lonely and they really helped me to get out from those sad times. Hope they can help you too :-) So, here we go.
#1 Listen to music that can cheer you up
It helps you very much if you have music idols that make you very very happy when you listen to their voices and songs. I gotta admit that music helps me very much and let's be honest here :') One Direction always cheer me up and most of lyrics from All Time Low always have their own ways to make a smile on my face :) So, go listen to your favorite bands and singers!
#2 Write on your diary
Or what I called it as "happy book", haha. I have this "happy book" and i write stuff like lyrics, quotes, poems and some random rants :') It's helping, you know, when you write stuff like these when you get sad or lonely. Or you can even make a list of things that can cheer you up and try to do it or buy it or eat it or anything that need to do to those things that on your list. For example, pizza makes you happy so go buy it and eat it :) You can do ANYTHING that make you happy in that book like writing or drawing or making songs or anything. ANYTHING that can make you forget about your sadness and loneliness.
#3 Read your favorite books
Or even your favorite fanfics. Make sure those stories don't have sad ending or someone dies in them :'( because that surely can't help you to get rid from your sadness. You will feel sadder and that's not good. So, choose books that can make you happy and have happy ending :) Or you can read some horror books that can give you goosebumps and make you don't feel alone anymore. You know why? Because there's 'someone' with you MUAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAH lol jk ok
#4 Make hot drinks that can keep you warm
Usually, when you get sad and lonely, you will feel cold. So, go make yourselves a hot coffee or hot chocolate or tea or any drink that can keep you warm. I didn't usually do this but it worked. It's nice to know that some delicious drinks can shoo your sad away and keep you company :)
#5 Watch your favorite movies or tv series
I did this sometimes and it helped me to forget about the world even for 1 hour and 45 minutes, hahaha. It's like i was in those movies and being one of the characters. You know it's not wrong to daydream sometimes ;) hahaha. So, go try it!
#6 Play your favorite musical instruments
If you can play guitars or piano or drums or any musical instruments and you feel happy with it, go play it! Trust me, music can soothe your soul.
#7 You can talk to me
If you need someone to talk to, i want you to know that you can talk to me. Just want you to know that I'm not good with words but I can keep you company :) Okay, love you.
