You crossed your arms over you chest, pouting.

"Look (y/n)," Liz pleaded your forgiveness. "I'm sorry. I didn't think she'd by right across the street in the ice cream parlour."

You rolled your eyes. "See, now you're lucky that we have a personal driver to take us to the mountains, or else we probably wouldn't have made it in time." Kid's words threatened to scathe your already bad mood.

"Yeah, because Death the Kid can't walk himself, can he?" You snapped.

"He hasn't even walked there himself once." Chris contemplated. "The first time he was kidnapped and now he's being driven..."

"Look, it's not our fault. This is not the first time we've lost Patti. I thought she may have been very lost since the city's been crawling with those stupid spiders..."

Patti was pouting in the middle seat of the back seat. "I'm just angry at you two because you left me."

Kid rolled his eyes. "Patti, you shouldn't have left us in the first place. You're like a child. Liz and I are not your parents."

"Yeah but you sure do act like it." You mumbled.

Chris patted your shoulder from where he sat in the back seat. "It's okay (y/n). We know you're just jealous."

You swatted him as if it was your born-to reflex. Out of the corner of your eye, you could see Kid's smirk.

"What's up with your face?" From the seat beside you, he sat, and you grabbed his cheek, and pulled. "I see someone has no care for symmetry, so what is this I see?"

"My care for symmetry has been decreasing these days, thanks to you." He swatted your hand away.

"And what's the supposed to mean?"

"Ew, quit flirting." Patti whined, kicking both of your seats.

You scrunched up your nose and looked out the door, blocking the other four out.

"Okay! So where do we start?"

Chris jumped out of the car, his feet making a loud thamp against the dirt ground. He wore plain black converse, like what he usually wore, though they were quite dirty and had holes. They give me inspiration and speed! As he said. Whatever that means.

You looked up at the terrifying mountain. It was huge, so tall it touched the clouds. It's snowy peaks scratched at the sky, what a skyscraper can only dream about doing. It was a breath-taking sight. Beautiful. You have been inside the mountain, it was huge on the inside just like the out, but it was human occupied. The nature-made mountain had been used and forgotten by worthless humans, abusing their right to the mountain.

"It seems we are going to have to start at the base of the mountain, and work our way up." Kid contemplated, using one of his hands to shield his eyes from the betraying rays of the sun, doing harm to his eyesight in order to look at the snowy peaks. "Why is that?" Liz asked, she stood beside him. You remembered when they competed in height, now he was a skyscraper and she was a medium-sized building. In comparison, he was half a head taller, though it looked like more. It was more next to you, he seemed like he was too tall to even compare.

"We can cover all of it that way. We are here to investigate the enemy's next location, and we don't want to miss some important information just because some of us are lazy." He shot Chris a look, who chuckled sheepishly. "There is many floors inside of the mountain hideout, though." You spoke up. "It could take weeks for us to thoroughly look through the first half." You made your argument, shooting a matching glare to Kid. "Well," Kid walked up to you, and looked down, his golden eyes intense as they stared at you, as if piercing through you. He gave you a smirk. "You better start looking."
