Its easy to close your eyes..

Pretend you do not see.

Eyes closed through life,

Wouldnt it be easier just to listen to me?

I lay awake most nights

Waiting for the end.

Eyes closed and wondering

Can a heart really mend?

U asked me did i really care.

I asked you who kept sitting there,

I never left not even once.

You ripped it all apart

I sat picking up the pieces.

Ill close my eyes now.
