Extra Chapter 1
The baby protoceratops wailed for its mother. It had seperated from its herd more than two hours ago. This part of the jungle was dangerous. There were many trees and she could be ambushed at any moment. She wailed louder. It was answered by a ear-splitting roar that shattered the jungle. She looked into the jungle and saw a huge shadow walking through, crashing down trees like they were mere sticks.
Each footstep shook the Earth. It was close. She could feel the heat of its breath. Suddenly, it burst from the trees. It was huge. So big the baby proto hardly knew what hit her. Her field of vision was not wide enough for this monster. Its eyes swooshed past her, glowing like candlelights. Its breath smelled of dried blood. Its huge bulk toppled the baby proto.
Huge teeth pierced her skin like daggers mercilessly. She knew no more.
