Someone had been hit by the virus.
That someone turned into a dragon and now was GOING TO KILL EVERYONE. I got the four battleballs ((Y/N) preferred to keep hers in her satchel) and threw them to the Noobs.
"Guys! Suit up, now!" I yelled. I saw my family evacuate with everyone else.
Kevin suited up first and lifted me off my feet before the dragon swatted me with its whip-like tail.
"Thanks, Kev." I muttered, hanging my head. I was blushing. For the first time, I think.
I saw (Y/N) push Tyler aside before the dragon whipped him, too. She then fell flat on her face and got a nosebleed.
"OMG! Alicia!" Yuan yelled from the back entrance. She ran across the floor in high heels and grabbed my arm.
"Thank God you're okay!" She said, bending down and hugging me.
"Kids, we're going home." Mother said, unlocking her car.
"Wait! Can I wait for Kevin? Please?" I asked Mother and Father.
"Please, Mother. She likes him." Yuan (sort of) vouched for me.
"Oooh...okay." Mother agreed. I rolled my eyes and went back in the gym.
I watched as the Noobs fought. Terribly.
"Guys! Fight like you mean it!" I said, punching the dragon's scales. I was their diversion. (Y/N) started to fight--but not like she meant it. I think she did for Tyler. But it wasn't enough. The dragon escaped down the hall, and I remember Tyler was down the hall, talking to Amy.
"Erm, young civilian, watch out!" She yelled.
I pushed Amy into her locker and thrust Tyler's battleball into his chest.
"Thanks!" Tyler said to us both. He suited up as Amy pounded on the locker to be let out.
Amy got out of locker just in time to see Tyler tactfully corner the dragon. Basically, he was her hero.
"Oh my God! Who are you?!" She asked him, a little twinkle in her eyes. Tyler hung his head in grief. She gasped and smiled. "You can't tell me, can you?!" He nodded.
Amy then kissed him on the cheek and Tyler passed out.
"Um, he'll be fine, Amy." I said, dragging him away.
...
I went back in the gym to see Kevin and Roach, who had been trying to get everyone to calm down.
"Allie! Are you okay?!" He asked me, hugging me.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I answered, laughing. "Y'know, there's still time for a slow dance." I added, making my eyebrows go up and down. "Way ahead of ya!" Kevin answered, taking off his battleball to reveal a suit.
We started to slow dance again, and I saw Yuan with a huge smile looking at us with another one of Mother's saris on. Her straight black hair was tied into a bun and she was wearing accessories m
ade of rubies."Something wrong?" Kevin asked. "Nope!" I answered, breaking into a waltz. Yuan was still looking at us, creeping me out.
When we were done dancing, Kevin did something very, very, wrong.
He.
Kissed.
Me.
On the lips.
I was lucky his braces didn't get caught on my tongue. "K-Kevin, what the HELL?!?!" I yelled, slapping him in the face. I walked off to where Yuan was and demanded to go home.
"Allie, why did you slap him?" Yuan asked.
"I...don't know. I just reacted badly." I told her.
"Aw, its okay. Just say you're sorry tomorrow." She answered. Tomorrow was SATURDAY, so I'd have to invite him over instead.
....
Once I got home, I asked Mother if Kevin and the Noobs could come over.
"Mm. Fine. But if they break anything or steal anything, they are never allowed in this HOUSE AGAIN!" She yelled the last two words, cutting into an onion. Mother has some anger issues, because when Yuan's first friend came over, she tried to steal Mother's sapphire ring and Yuan's blue topaz necklace.
She was then never allowed to come back.
So, point blank, Mom has trust issues.
I went upstairs and emailed (Y/N), who has Tyler and Jennifer's email addresses. I went straight to video chat. She was dancing to 'Never Gonna Give You Up'. "Ahem!" I said, clearing my throat.
"Oh! Sorry Allie!" She said, pausing the music. "Anyway, I need you to tell Tyler and/or Jen to tell Roach and Kevin to come to my house tomorrow." I told her, rolling my eyes. "On it!" She said, turning off video chat.
I sighed, then flopped on my bed, switching off my computer.

The next morning, I went downstairs to eat some Fruit Loops for breakfast. Yuan was fencing with Father, Mother and Achmed were meditating, and I was just...doing nothing, I guess.
"Hya!" I heard Yuan say. She then came out with Father a few minutes later.
"Alicia, get your fencing uniform on." Father said. He gave me my uniform. I put it on and grabbed my fencing sword. Father went in the Fencing Room (which basically is a remastered dojo), waiting for me.
We fenced for about four hours until the doorbell rang. Yuan opened the door and squealed. "Alicia! Your crush is here!" She yelled. I threw off my fencing helmet and went to the door. Mother was already there warding off Yuan. She was giving the Noobs the 'You Will Die' face.
"Please. Come in." She said. Her voice was oily.
"Mother, Father, Yuan, I can take it from here." I said, warding off Mom, Dad and Yuan.
"Remember what I said." Mother reminded me. "Yes, Yes, I know." I answered, shooing them off.
"What's with your sister? She looks nothing like you." Shope said.
"Of course she doesn't. My Mother, Father, and brother don't either because they adopted me from Italy." I replied, leading them to my room.
I opened the door, and Yuan was in there. Again. She was bubble-wrapping everything on her side of the room. "My sister--Yuan. Sweet and simple, yet extremely protective." I sort of introduced Yuan.
"I'll be downstairs fencing if you..six need anything." She said, going downstairs.
"You know, I didn't expect your house to be THIS huge." Tyler commented.
"My Mother is an urban fashion designer, and my Father professionally cuts gems." I replied. I put on my glasses and asked, "Wanna play Just Dance 5?" Obviously, they all nodded yes.
(A/N: I hope that was a look into Allie's everyday life: sometimes annoying sister, angry Mother, strict Father, weird brother, and very large house.)
