The Witch In The Village

#Chapter 7

"Ouch. I think I stepped on something sharp."

I looked at my shoe and checked if there was anything that was sharp. Then I actually saw one. It was a large glass needle? I think.

So I took it out and started to walk towards work. When I arrived at work I saw my manager setting a chess board out. Just to tell you, I love chess, it's my favorite hobby. Then I asked my manager if I can play.
Somehow he looked so relieved that I wanted to play so I asked him why are you so happy?

Then he said, "because the one I'm battling chess with is the village's world champion and that guy wants me to challenge him in the game of chess, if he wins I'll give this whole area so that also means you'll lose your job."

"What?! OK, I'll try my best for ya guys and my job."

"The game starts at 9:30 so you only have 10 more minutes to prepare." The manager instructed.

"OK, thanks."

"Sigh."

"OK, now its 9:29, he should be a man and show up."

"Hello there, are you my challenger? A stranger asked.

"Yes I am." I replied.

"Well, then I guess this will be an easy victory for me. Can I ask what's you name?

"It's Amaya."
"How about you?"

"My name is Louis. Now let's start the game, shall we?"

"Sure."

So as the games started the more the crowd grew and I could tell that there were more girls than guys.
In this game my power of intelligence automatically turned on so that's why I knew I could win.

He let me start first because he thinks he should give me a chance. But i have a plan and he doesn't know it. My plan is to act as if I'm already losing then I will reveal my plan and crush him down but I have another plan which will be risking the queen but I'll tell you later if I am in need.

As I moved my horse forward he moved his house forward. Then he suddenly flipped his hair and kept swaying it back and fourth. I was like "are you fanning me?"

After a while.....

Louis only had a horse, bishop and a king.

I had a 2 horses, 1 pawn which is able to be exchange In my next turn, a rook, bishop, queen and a king.

Aren't I so smart.
Louis was sweating so hard and his face was like "how did this happen?!"

Hahahahahahaha!!!! I thought." Now who's the one who'll have an easy victory?"

"Check". I said. "You are trapped now, Louis."

"Fine, you win. But you only won because I took it easy on you".

"If you say so, Louis." I said.

"Manger I won!!!! You can keep your store and I can keep my job!!!!! Yay!!!!!"

"But how did you win against the cold-hearted, merciless champion of chess?"

"He said that he took it easy on me but I totally got him and trapped his king." I explained.

"OK, OK. Amaya since you saved everything, you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with us anytime."

"Yay." I said.

"Amaya, didn't you think the one you played with, hot?"

"Hahahahahaha! Manager did you know he was fanning me?"

"Really! That's so cool!" The Manager said.

"You wanna see how he did it, manager?"

"Yes, of course!" My manager pleaded.

"He did this *flips hair back and fourth*.

"Okay, Amaya stop it! Your traumatizing me!!! I like fans you know!!"
