"Ja-jason?!" Manager exclaimed.

"Yes. Him." I say again.

"How'd you know him?" He asks suspiciously.

"He was my uncle. My parents told me about him." I lied.

He took a step back, which made one of the shelves fall. I took a step forward and have him a death stare. He started to sweat which eventually turned into a river flowing down into his neck. "Fine, you've got me." He admit. "But if you've heard about the rumor that I killed him then you're wrong. It wasn't me, it was my-" He says coming closer to me for a whisper. "It was my ex-girlfriend."

"What?! How?" I ask.

"She did that accidentally. She said that she thought she killed his girlfriend instead of my roommate." He explained.

"Wait- wait. What roommate? Can you please explain from the start?" I complaint.

"Fine. Fine. I'll explain." He reassured. "You see, Jason(Amaya's father) was my roommate in school before. And one day he brought his girlfriend over and when I saw her she was a beauty. She had long blonde hair, and a unique colored eyes. I started flirting with her when Jason wasn't around but no matter how much I've tried to reach out to her, her heart is only set for Jason. One day, she left and I had no idea where she went, so I tried looking for her. And somehow I bumped into my girlfriend. She was coming out of a corner of a street, looking quite terrified. I then noticed something lying at the back of her. It was Jason. I shouted with fear that she did something that was considered a crime. She looked back and was shocked. She didn't know that she killed my best friend. She pleaded that she didn't do it purpose. She said that it was an accident. She also said that it wasn't him who she killed but it was his girlfriend. But to what I can see is my roommate lying on the floor, lifeless. Afterwards, my ex-girlfriend reported to the police that it was me that killed him not her. So the rumor spread and I was victimized. But I didn't care. Because it was my fault for making my ex jealous." He explained.

"So that's what happened." I murmured while looking at the floor, trying to control my tears from falling.

"Yeah." He says in a softer voice. "Anyways, you gotta get back to work, young lady." He says lightening his voice.

"Yeah, OK. Hey, where's Edward, manager?" I ask looking around.

"Huh? Didn't he tell you that yesterday was his last day in the village? Right now he's at the palace, bonding with his soon-to-be fiance." He says walking towards the entrance to flip the close sigh into open.

"Oh, OK." I say looking into outside the window feeling a little lonely. Somehow, flashbacks are coming back to me like a slideshow rapidly repeating every second. Why? Why am I having these kinds of thoughts? I got the remote of the TV and on it. Because I was bored and no one has come by here for a while so I guess it was alright.

Somehow, the channel was live in Fernando so I continued to watch it. I grabbed a seat to make myself comfortable and somehow the Manager came by and became interested in what I was watching so he also grabbed a seat and since he was the owner of the shop, he got some crackers and started to eat.

"So its live in the capital of San Fernando." Manager asks, still looking at the television.

"Yeah, most probably." I say with disinterest on where the occasion was.

"Today, Lady Elise will announce something that we all don't know, so please stay tuned to this because these kinds of events is rare." The reporter on television says.

"Why are these kids of events rare, Manager?" I asked.

"Its because Lady Elise is a very graceful, beautiful, smart, skillful yet selfish. She has no absolute mercy for anyone who gets in her way. Except for Edward. She's Deeply in love with him and if anyone gets in her way then good luck to those who fall in love with Prince Edward." He explained.

This story is exactly like my story between Jade and Sage. But in this world, its different. There's something more off about Elise. She feels unnatural.

Getting back, The camera is now showing Lady Elise and to my surprise it was the girl who resembled Jade.

"Greetings, Fellow citizens. I see everybody is enjoying their lives these days, am I right? The sun rising and setting. Everyone did their part to make our country become a more peaceful place for us to live in. I know this is a bit sudden but do you still remember the 8th law of this country? It's to eliminate every witch you see without any second thought, right? Now, did anyone notice that there's been a 'WITCH' here and I know exactly who she is. I bet she's looking at this, surprised." She says looking straight into the camera. I feel a shiver in my spine while she looks at the camera as if she will eliminate right in the spot.

Somehow, Manager seems to notice me tremble and his eyes widen. Now this was the end.

"Y-you're the Witch?" Manager asked.

"N-No....." I say trying not to panic.

"That's OK. I'm one of you. But I'm from the Werewolf dimension and if you're from there then the side affects of more than 3 travelling here won't affect us, werewolves at all. So come with me. I know the best place for you to evacuate." Manager reassured.

"I'm telling you, I'm not-" I got cut by Sage opening the door.

"Amaya, thank goodness. You're just here." Sage managed.

"Sage, help."
