Was.... Sage...

"Amaya what are you doing?" Sage asked.

"Sage, what are you doing here?" I asked, nervous and embarrassed in the same time. " I am here because-" Sage stopped the sentence because he then noticed Edward was there and Edward was human.

"Who are you?" Sage asked.

"Edward the 2nd prince of San Fernando. Don't tell me you haven't heard about me?" Edward bragged. "Well, Who ARE you?" Edward said suspiciously. Sage study's Edward for a while and smirked. "I am Amaya's boyfriend. What do you think? Sage lied." Why would I go find her if I didn't have any reason?" Sage added.

This made me blush. Edward noticed me and showed a hurtful expression. I mouthed sorry to Edward and he replied with a sad smile.

"Amaya let's go home. It's getting really late." Sage said, putting his arm around my shoulders. He started walking but I shoved his arm off me. "Sage, your going the wrong way. My house is over there." I remind.

Sage turned bright red."Oh, R-right."

Right then I heard Edward chuckle. I was relieved. I thought that he was really irritated because of me. At this rate my secret identity might be revealed.

I sighed.

"Amaya, see ya at work on Monday. Good night." Edward said.

"Night. Prince handsome! Don't worry about Amaya. I'll always be with Amaya and protect her so you don't have to see her agai-" Just before Sage finished his sentence, I cut him because his words has become painful to my ears. Sage was just being too rude. "Don't listen to him, Edward! He can't even catch a mosquito." I say glaring at Sage. "Goodnight. Today was fun! .... Night!" I say while elbowing Sage in the stomach so that he won't be so rude to people, but instead of Sage laughing because I hit him in the stomach, he raised one eye brow as if it says "Seriously?"

Edward waved goodbye to me and I waved back. When Edward was out of sight I dragged Sage into my apartment and gave him some scolding.

"What in the world are you doing in here?!" I exclaim.

"It's because of the people back home are complaining about how long your taking. And when I came here you were just flirting with some Prince! How's that helping?!" He protest.

"So that I won't be suspicious! What do you expect? I'll steal lots of food and water for everyone in the village then drag it all into the portal?! Who would not suspect me or find me suspicious? I might be followed!" I snap.

"Amaya, I love you. I was desperate to see you. I know you like me too. That's why I got irritated when I saw you two together." He confessed.

"Seriously? Why are you saying this when we're in the middle of a crisis?! That's totally off our topic, Sage." I exclaimed. "Sage, you've changed. These days you've become more dramatic. Why?" I questioned.

"Love changes everything, Amaya." He smirked.

"Hehehe..." I said sarcastically.

Then suddenly Sage stood up and walked towards me. He pushed me against the wall. Sage had turned into a whole different person. I couldn't take it anymore, this isn't the Sage that I once fell in love with. the Sage I knew before was gentle and kind to me. But this is awful.

Then I balled my fists ready to punch someone in the face.
