"Oh, Renji-kun nice to see yah. It's been a while." Ichiro-kun answers while I'm still dumbfounded as to why he's here.
"A pleasure!" Renji looks at him mockingly.
"Why are you here?"
I don't remember ever telling him where I was going in the text.
"I saw your text while I was walking to the train station and saw you guys going into here."
Oh right. Renji-kun's university isn't far from here. I forgot about that, I still have memories of coming here together with him.
Renji-kun pushes past Ichiro-kun and grabs my arm.
"C'mon we're going home." He hauls me up from the chair I had been sitting on.
"Wait a sec. I'm not just going to leave Ichiro since he was the one who invited me over in the first place!"
"Yes you can." Renji glares back at me hardly. "You're coming NOW." Renji's grips my wrist tightly causing me to flinch.
"Hey come on Renji-kun. If he wants to stay just let him." Ichiro-kun protests. My other friends echo his thought.
"Stay out of this." Renji's gives him a hard look which ultimately shuts him up.
I don't say anything on the way back home.
Why does he have to keep acting like this? I'm tired of having him hate Ichiro-kun for a reason that's probably only in his head. Why can't I get away from Renji?
Wait a minute. That's not it. My heart twists at the thought. It's not that I want to get away from Renji-kun at all.
I think back. I just want this fighting to end. Since when did things get this messed up?
Renji-kun opens the door to our apartment and throws me inside.
"Ow!" I trip and fall on the floor of the entrance hall our apartment.
Renji-kun shuts the door calmly and looks down at me.
"What's you're deal man?!" I glare back at him.
"I told you not to see Ichiro-kun kun again and you lied. You went to see him today knowing it would make me mad didn't you?" He moves to stand in front of me.
"What are you talking about? He invited me! Can't I go out with my friends once in a while?
"You can't be with anyone I don't approve of. Especially Ichiro-kun." He spits out his name.
"But why?! What do you do you have against him?"
"He's my rival." He says simply with a cold glint in his eyes.
"In what? I don't get why you have something against him when he's such a nice guy."
"Of course he would seem that way to you. That's what he wants you to think." Renji clenches his hands.
"Why do you keep saying things like that?" I run a through my hair. "He's-"
The air whooshes past my ears as I'm pushed to the floor by strong arms. Renji's heavy weight pins me to the floor. I smell his scent as his arms hold my wrists above my head in and air tight grip. He leans in and kisses me, his lips firm and demanding.
I struggle against him but for some reason, I can't really fight back. With each breathlessly hot kiss I forget the reason of why I should be fighting back at all. His lips hypnotize me and before I know it I'm kissing him as desperately as he is. He responds aggressively to me and wastes no time in slipping his tongue into my mouth by force. I struggle against him with my last bits of self control before I really let myself go.
