Chloe Pov

We reach the airport and I envelop Jacob in a hug. We're in a flirtationship right now, which is flirting but not quite dating. Cassie and I make eye contact as a scream erupts through the airport.

"OH MY GOSH, IT'S THE MAGCON BOYS!"

Matthew is kissing Cassie's cheek and I'm in the middle of hugging Jacob when a group of girls runs over. I harshly push away Jacob and he understands why. The group consists of four girls.

"What are they doing here?" A girl says with a snotty voice and too much contour.

"They're just friends." Aaron says kindly. The girl looks at Aaron and seems to forget that she's a fan because Cassie and I are here so she's going to insult us. I can tell by the look she's giving me.

"Oh really?" She asks. "Because I saw Matthew kissing... her," she points to Cassie, "and Jacob hugging that."

My blood boils when she says "that."

"Chloe, don't." Cassie can read my mind with the look on my face. I look to her for a brief moment and she shakes her head. I take a deep breath and calm myself down for Cassie's sake.

"We're just friends." I repeat what Aaron said. "We have to leave soon so get your pictures."

The group of girls look unconvinced at my weak attempt of agreeing with Aaron. "It's true." Cassie pipes up.

"Then why was he kissing your cheek?" Another girl asks.

"Why don't you mind your own business?" I snap.

"Whatever. Can we just get pictures please?" A third girl asks a little more politely. "It's not our business anyways." She adds.

"Yeah." The fourth girl agrees.

The group of brats get their pictures with the guys as Cassie and I stand to the side. They didn't seem to care about Madison being there. To be honest I kind of forgot she was here with us until now.

"I'm so sorry about that." Taylor says when the group leaves.

"About what? Being a jerk to me or the girls being a jerk to me?" I ask, referring to earlier this week. I should be over it by now but I'm just mad at him. It'll pass by soon though.

"Both." He admits. "I truly do apologize. Can we try to forget about it and just be friends?"

I frown and then realize we'll both be here for the whole summer so I have to deal with him anyways. "Sure, I guess."

He puts a smile on his face and nods. "I'm glad." he sounds almost nervous and I kind of want to punch him in the face for it. It may be because I'm still mad or just because I haven't punched someone in a while.

I turn away from him to show that this conversation is over and focus my attention on Jacob. "So," I say laughing awkwardly.

Jacob smiles and takes my hand. "You're cute." He tells me.

"I know." I say, smiling to myself. "But you're even more cute and a dork."

"You know, this may be a bad time, and a bad place, and probably a bad question, but I need to ask you something." He says.

"Sure."

"Will you go on a date with me?"

"I thought you'd never ask." I reply, a huge smile forming over my face. Our gate number is called and I pick up my suitcase and take Jacob's hand in mine. I guess we're a thing now, and I'm totally cool with that.

We get ourselves situated on the plane and our hands are still intertwined. Ugh this is so cute. I wanna take a picture and make it all cute but the fans would know it's his hand. There are some obsessed people like that, and Cassie would be one of those Fangirls.

"So, where are we going for our date?" He asks me.

"Isn't that your job to plan it?" I ask Jacob.

He shrugs before answering me. "Don't you want to choose? I'll be happy doing whatever you want to do as long as we're together."

That's honestly the best answer he could've given me. "So pizza date?" I offer.

"Sounds great to me." Jacob flashes me a smile and I could just melt on the spot. I swear to god he's doing this to me on purpose to make my heart melt. If not then he's just made by God himself, am I right ladies?

He plays with my hair after the first half an hour on the plane and there's a huge knot in it. "Really, Jacob?" I ask. I can't help but laugh at his effort.

"I was doing pretty good until I had to cross over the first strand of hair." He says.

"That's how you start the braid." I'm slightly confused by what he means.

"Exactly."

I laugh when I get what he means. I had to think about it for a second. He's so adorable.

About an hour into the flight I fall asleep to make time go by faster. When I wake up, my hair has no more knots in it and we're just about to land. Jacob untangled the knot in my hair for me while I was asleep so it wouldn't hurt if he did it when I was awake.

When we get off the plane we're rushed to the hotel so the fans won't spot us like earlier. Cassie and Matthew are holding hands and running together but I'm too lazy so I jump on Jacob's back.

"RUN FORREST, RUN!" I shout to him.

He starts running and we catch up to Matt and Cassie. "Hey guys." He says like there's not a teenage girl on his back.

"Hey," Matt says. He looks at me on Jacob's back and then down to Cassie. "Get on my back." He says to her.

Cassie looks at Matt's back and hops on. "LET'S HAVE A RACE!" She says.

"On three," I say. "One, two, three!"

We take off and run to the limo. The other guys hop on each other's backs and copy us to the limo.

It's gonna be a fun day.
