I looked into her eyes knowing the question i wanted to ask. "Whats your story."
She smiled "do you want to know all of it?"
I nodded. "Tell me what makes you you. Tell me all your sad stories and happy ones. Tell me the story of your life."
She nodded "but i must warn you. Once you have entered my life theres no easy exit."
I smiled "i dont want to leave."
She nodded "okay......"

Once there was a little girl with long black hair and dark black eyes, her parents had died when she was very young. She does not remember them. Now at the age of 7 she has run away from her foster home not wanting to be around all those cruel children. You see she was very unpopular. Many of the children said she acted like a boy. She ran away one cold august day into the dark rain filled streets. She brought nothing since she had no belongings to speak of. She ran down a dark ally way that was covered by the wide roof of a building. She sat in the corner shivering but glad she wasnt being rained on anymore. She took off her soaked jacket and set it next to her. She looked out at the sky. She couldnt believe she had just done this. She layed her head down on her jacket and curled into a small ball trying to stay warm. And she fell asleep.
When she opened her eyes she saw two large bright green eyes looking down at her. There was a boy. She sat up and looked at him. He looked older then her probably about twelve. He smiled at her. Everything about him was dirty and tattered except for his bright shining green eyes. He put his hand out to her. She looked down at his dirt covered hand and saw a apple. He smiled at her "you hungry?" He said politely.
She looked at the apple for a moment then felt her stomach growl. She took it hesitantly then bit into it. The boy smiled and stood up strait stretching his arms into the air. "Well its such a better day out then yesterday dont you think."
The boy had dirty blond hair and was wearing ripped dirty clothes, his red shirt had a large hole in the side of it. And his jeans looked like they hed once been long but have been ripped into shorts. His hair was a mess and stuck up in all directions. He stood up tall and had a bright smile. There was dirt all in the edges of his nails. She wondered how no one had noticed this boy and turned him in. How long had he been out here?
He looked down at her as she was still eating her apple. "My names hill, whats your name kid?"
"Christina" she said quietly.
He smiled wider and put his hand out to her "well christina im gonna be your new friend from now on."
She smiled back and grabbed his hand. "Okay."
When she stood up she looked at him "hill is a funny name."
He laughed "yeah i know but thats what dad calls me."
She froze for a moment. "You have a dad?"
He smiled "no i have dad. Come here ill show you him." He grabbed her hand and pulled her down the ally way and around a corner. He walked a couple feet then stopped in front of a old man sitting on a lawn chair with a sheet. "This is dad." He said pointing at the man.
She looked down at the old man he looked homeless as well. He smiled up at her his teeth had very big gaps revealing large parts of his gums "hey there sweetie whats your name."
"Christina." She said hesitantly.
He nodded and closed his eyes leaning back "nice to meet you chris."
"No its christina...."
Loud snoring interrupted her. She looked at hill. He laughed, "dad sleeps alot. He just watches alot of my stuff." He picked up a bag sitting next to dad and pulled out a jacket. "Like this." Then he looked at christina and took the wet sweater from her arms and set his on her shoulders. "Its kind of chilly out. Your so small you'll catch a cold." He set her jacket on the floor next to the old man.
