Manny opened his eyes, jumped off his bed and ran down the hall excitedly. He was stopped in his tracks by Tony, who took the boy by the hand and led him quietly to the living room.

"Manny its four in the morning. You need to go back to bed" he scolded in a whisper. Manny pulled at Tony's hand excitedly.

"BUT ITS CHRI-"

Tony covered Manny's mouth with his hand before the entire household was woken up.

"Shhhh! You'll wake everyone up"

Manny nodded and Tony removed his hand. Manny bounced up and down in excitement, his enthusiasm causing Tony to chuckle softly. He picked Manny up.

"It's not time to wake up yet, let's get you back into bed so that you can be well rested for tomorrow okay?" He said gently

"But Tony I'm too excited to sleep" Manny whined pouting his lip. "I wanna stay up with you!!"

Tony kissed Manny's forehead and smiled. "I'll tell you what. How about I read you a quick Christmas story in bed, but then you have to promise me that you'll stay in bed after that"

The child nodded and threw his hands around Tony's neck in a hug. Tony carried the kid into his bedroom and tucked him into bed.

"Tony, do you think it will snow tomorrow?" Manny asked hopefully. "Paige was telling me all about snow." He said excitedly. Tony rolled his eyes. Paige had been going on about snow ever since they had realized that they could turn human. She was desperate to be able to have a snowball fight. She hadn't shut up about it for the past week. Sadly however, the weather had been uncharacteristically warm and there was no chance of any snow any time soon.

"Maybe" Tony lied. "Now just settle down and I'll get a book"

Manny snuggled under the covers as Tony picked out the book 'The night before Christmas'. He cuddled up to Manny and began to read. It wasn't long before Manny was softly snoring beside him. He smiled and kissed the top of Manny's head before leaving his bedroom and quietly shutting the door.

He walked back into the living room and began pacing. There was only a few hours before everyone would be waking up and he still didn't have a present for Paige. He was running out of time. He couldn't get her art supplies, he got her that every year. He wanted to get her something special. He ran a hand through his hair. Why was this so difficult?! He wished he was creative like her, then he could have made her a gift. He needed to ask someone else for ideas. Gilbert was usually his go to guy for things like this, and he was probably the only person in the house who wouldn't mind being woken up at an ungodly hour just to be asked about Christmas present ideas. He knocked on the bedroom door quickly before entering. Colin and Gilbert stared sleepy eyed as light steamed into the bedroom. Colin dropped his head in tired anger.

"Ugh Tony, do you know what time it is?!" Colin said in sleepy annoyance.

Tony frowned. "Of course I do, I always know what time it is" he snapped quietly. Gilbert rubbed his eyes and looked towards Tony

"I think he just meant that it was very early to be waking us up. Is something wrong?" He asked managing a sleepy smile. He sat up in bed and put his arm around Colin who was already falling back to sleep on his chest.

"I'm sorry to wake you so early, I just still haven't gotten a Christmas present for Paige and I was hoping you might have ideas" Tony explained, suddenly feeling guilty for waking Gilbert up for a matter such as this.

Gilbert smiled. "It's alright, I'm happy to try and help" he yawned. "How about getting her some paints?" He suggested

"I always get her art things though. I was hoping that this year I could do something special."

Gilbert frowned unsure of what else to suggest. Everyone got her art supplies, it was her thing. "You could try making something? I'm sure she'd love it if you did"

Tony sighed. "I'm just not very...creative"

Gilbert reached out and patted Tony's hand. "Oh Tony, she would love it for the effor,t not the quality, trust me" he smiled reassuringly. Tony nodded and smiled back. He supposed he could try and make something.

"Alright, thank you Gilbert" Tony stood up and left the room. Gilbert snuggled back down into bed.

"You're Welcome" he mumbled as he fell back asleep.

Tony went into the kitchen and covered the table with every colored pencil, crayon, and pen that he could find. He grabbed a piece of paper and began to draw. He scowled at his work and crumpled it into a ball, tossing it to the floor. He grabbed another sheet of paper and tried again. After a short amount of time and many different drawings being discarded on the floor, the room was beginning to look like a mess. Tony growled in frustration, he took piece after piece of paper and threw it crumpled to the floor in a fit of anger. When he had finally calmed down, the entire room was covered in white balls of scrunched up paper. 'Shit!' He thought. He was too late. People were already beginning to wake up and he still hadn't got anything that was remotely good to give her. He waded out of the swamped kitchen to join everyone in the living room.

"Merry Christmas Tony" Paige bounced up to him and pressed a kiss to his lips. He forced himself to smile and kissed her back. She led him to the floor where everyone was exchanging gifts excitedly. Even Harry seemed excited in his own way as he handed Robin his gift. Manny attacked Tony in a violent hug.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS!!" He shouted. Tony laughed and hugged the boy back. Manny shoved a badly wrapped present towards Tony. "Paige helped me make it," he said proudly. Tony began to unwrap the tangled mess of sticky tape to reveal a glittery pile of glued together ice cream sticks. He stared at it confused. Paige nudged him hard in the ribs.

"Oh..Manny... This is...er..lovely. I've always wanted..... One of these" he said smiling. Manny beamed with pride, not sensing Tony's confused tone. Paige giggled and kissed both Manny and Tony on the cheek.

Eventually, all the presents were unwrapped and everyone was sitting chatting excitedly. Steve had to split up Tanner and Cece for a while as the pair had gotten overexcited and he could see the start of an argument coming. He held Cece on his lap while Fred held Tanner and tried to distract him with the toys he had gotten. Colin and Gilbert were showing each other their presents and Manny was running around talking to everyone who would listen. Harry and Robin snuggled in the corner, looking extremely content in each other's arms. Tony felt guilty, he'd had nothing for Paige. He stood up and left the room. He began picking up the rubbish from the kitchen.

"Tony, are you.." Paige stopped at the doorway staring at the state of the kitchen. Tony began to cry.

"Oh Paige, I'm so sorry. I wanted to get you something special this year, and I tried to make you something but I'm not creative like you, I couldn't.."

Paige began to giggle. Tony looked at her confused, still crying. Paige picked up a ball of paper and threw it and Tony. Then another and another. Tony looked at the own paper in his arms for a while before throwing one back. It eventually launched into a full on competitive fight with things being knocked over as they ran around chasing each other and laughing as they threw the paper. Paige tripped into Tony and the pair fell to the ground in a giggling heap. Paige stared into his eyes and kissed him.

"I guess you kinda got a snowball fight after all..heh heh" Tony said.

"Oh Tony, this was the best present ever" she laughed kissing him again. "You're more creative than you think"

Tony smiled up at Paige. "I love you" he said happily. Paige hugged him and rested her head onto his chest.

"Merry Christmas Tony" she smiled
