DHMIS Town (Part one?)

((This is a Your Point of view type of story, so you as yourself is the main character))

You started to pack your bags. This was it, you were finally moving away from this lousy, boring town. There was nothing to ever really do here. The same old stuff happened every day, but from some people online, you had heard that this other town was a lot more lively and interesting. They said that that the people were kinda weird, and most look abnormal. You didn't know what that was supposed to mean, but you just guessed they dressed weird or something. You were looking forward to seeing what would happen there.

You left your room after packing the rest of your stuff. Your furniture and other things that were too big to fit in a suitcase or small bag were in the U-Haul. You climbed into the front and began driving down the road. It took a few hours, but eventually you reached your destination. You had seen a lot of photos of the town online, and it seemed like an adorable little town. You drove down the roads to find the house that you had bought. 

As you looked out the window, you noticed that the people WERE strange. Some had purple skin with strange hair colors or red eyes, or others had blue skin. There were some people who had the skin colors that people were used to seeing, like three groups of kids, two being teens were walking on the sidewalk. One had darker skin and dark green hair, The other one had pale-ish skin and red long hair, The youngest had very very light yellow skin with orange freckles and blue hair, and walking along with the three boys was a girl with the same light yellow skin and freckles, but with long pink hair.

You had no idea what was going on in this town but you sorta liked how the people looked. It was interesting to you. Not only did the people look kinda strange (but, you thought they looked nice) They also had weird outfits, at least some did. There was one girl with short brown hair and red eyes, that had earrings that were themed like books, and a brown dress with words and little pictures of books near the bottom. Another cheerful looking woman who had snow white skin on her face and the rest of her body (from what you could see, she WAS wearing a dress) was ink black, with colorful hair and grayish eyes, had a dress with red running down the front around her neck, and little patterns near the bottom of her dress.

You weren't sure if this is how the normally dressed or if there was some sort of an event going on where people dressed up weird, but you took no mind to it. The thing that did seem kinda weird to you though, was that there were no other cars in sight anywhere. not in anyone's driveway, not on the road, it was just empty, and the weirdly dressed people kept giving you weird or disgusted looks.

You tried to pay no mind to it, as you got to your house, and you began unpacking your things, and unloading the U-Haul. This was going to be a long day.

As you were unpacking your things, that same girl that you saw with the colorful hair came up to you with another nervous looking guy. The guy had brown hair with blue and green highlights, light blue skin with lighter blue splotches around his right eye and on his left cheek. He also wore glasses and a brown shirt with white sleeves. Compared to what you had seen so far, he was one of the most normal looking.

"Hello!~" Sang the woman. "I'm Paige, and i'm just here with my assistant Gilbert to welcome you to our little town!" she sang. Her assistant didn't say anything, he just stared at the floor, kicking the ground a little.

"..Oh, hello.." you said. You had a lot of questions for her about this town. Why did you get weird stares, why was most people dressed like this, except for a few people from what you had seen? You decided to try and ask your first question.

"Um.. I have a question.." You started.

"Sure!!" Paige said, a little over-happily if that's even a thing.

"While I was driving here, I received many strange or disgusted looks from a lot of people.. Why is that?" you asked.

"Well, because that's offensive to the cars here of course!" Paige said, like it was a normal thing.

You gave her a puzzled look.

'What..? What do you mean the cars would get offended..??" You asked. Seriously, the people online weren't joking. This town really was strange.

"Uh..." Paige started to look a bit nervous now. "Isn't that a normal thing..??" She asked, her voice going a big more high pitched like she was still trying to keep the happy act.

"No...??" You said.

Paige instantly turned to Gilbert.
"Why didn't you tell me this wasn't a normal thing for humans??" She whispered angrily. You weren't sure if you were supposed to hear this or not so you didn't say anything about it.

"I-I'm sorry Paige, I didn't know.. Its the normal thing here, and how were we supposed to know that they would ask that?? It's not my fault.." Gilbert whispered back. He sounded like he was trying to defend himself, but he was a bit nervous to do so, or unsure.

"Whatever.." Paige said, and then turned back to you. "I apologize. Things are a bit.. Different in this town as you may have gathered.. Anyways, I was just meant to come to greet you and to say hello.. If you ever have a question you can come ask." She stated.

"Yeah, but how am I supposed to know where to find you?" You asked

Paige shrugged. "Just ask the people with map themed clothing." She said, and she turned to leave, along with Gilbert.

Map themed clothing? What? What was that supposed to mean? Getting your first question answered only opened up more questions. You had no idea what was going on in this town, but at the moment, you didn't care. all you cared about was getting your stuff moved in and unpacked, so that's exactly what you were going to do. 

Unpacking now, questions later.

((Hi, I hope you liked that. This is part of an AU i came up with while playing miNECRAFT LMAO, but its where this town is filled with people like the humanized Dhmis teachers and some  humans like Harry Robin and Manny and yeah that's just like a basic overview of it. I cant really tell everything because that would spoil the story.

The reason why this is called Part one? Is because i'm not sure if i should make a separate book for this or if i should keep making parts in this book, I don't know.
