"You're leaving??" Robin choked out. Harry was his boyfriend. And he was leaving? Why? Everyone always left him. He actually thought Harry was different.. Guess not.
"Robin, I.. I don't have a choice.. I have to go, you know my mom is really serious about my education.. I don't want to go, honest." Harry said, in an almost heartbroken voice. "If the school i went to before didn't shut down, I wouldn't have to go.."
"Y-you CANT go!! I wont let you!" Robin yelled. "I don't understand! Everyone always leaves me! I cant let you go Harry, I-I love you!!" He was close to tears. He never wanted this to happen. Why did this have to happen?
Harry frowned deeply, hugging Robin.
"It's okay.. It'll be okay.. I mean, you'll still have Manny.." He said softly.
"But i want YOU!!" Robin exclaimed, still upset.
Harry sighed.
"I think i'm going to back home now.."Suddenly, rage filled up Robin's entire body. Harry was just going to come here, tell him this horrible news, give him little to nothing comfort, and just leave??
Robin pushed Harry back.
"FINE!!! LEAVE THEN!! LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO!!"
Harry winced, and turned to leave.
Robin slammed the door, trudging up to his room.
Robin had been happy. Happy with Harry around. Happy with friends, the teachers. He could still hardly even believe that the teachers actually existed. I mean, they were objects with powers and were able to move and talk, and even take on a human appearance, how do you explain that? These things made him happy, but now Harry was leaving. Why? Why did his mom care so much about education? I mean, you should care about education a little, but there were schools around where Harry lived, but no. His mom decided that they weren't good enough schools for him. Ugh.
Robin sat on his bed, and began to sob. He didn't want Harry to leave. He couldn't handle it. Compared to everyone else leaving, this had to be the worst. He clenched his fists while he sobbed.
"THIS ISN'T FAIR!! WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME?!?! WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG!?!" He screamed. He took in deep breaths.
Calm down Robin. Your sister might be home.
Right, his sister. He waited to see if he could hear footsteps, but after a moment of listening, there was nothing.
Silent tears spilled down his face. He looked over at his drawer, and opened it, rummaging through it, until he found what he wanted.
He grabbed out a razor.
Don't do it Robin, you haven't done it in a year. You don't want to start again.
Just staring at it though, it was extremely tempting...
I guess it was time to start up an old habit. Fuck.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It had been 4 years, 4 years since Harry left. 4 years since he started ignoring Manny and the teachers. 4 years since he even remembered any of it.
Robin had begun to block everything out, he even managed to convince himself that they were never real, figment's of his younger self's imagination, dreams. He convinced himself, he believed it. They were never real.
He didn't even remember Harry or Manny anymore, and he'd only sometimes remember tidbits of the teachers, but it was fuzzy, and he only passed them off as weird dreams. I mean, magic isn't real, is it?
