29. Phone Calls

"Stop the car." I said. Marco looked over at me with a strange looked across his face. "What?" He asked. "Stop the damn car!" I yelled.

Marco sighed, pulled over to the side of the road and came to a complete stop. "Why are we doing this?" I whispered. "Doing what? Going to see Nathan and knock some sense into him?" Marco asked.

"Yes, why are we going to see him? He's obviously made his decision, he doesn't like me and he doesn't want to be with me. We should just respect his decision." I sighed. "No, we're not gonna respect his damn decision, I know you were a virgin Kali and he took that away from you and left you like a coward." He said through gritted teeth.

"Going to see him isn't going to change anything." I said. "Please Kali, let me help you, I would be a terrible friend if I didn't do anything about this." Marco pleaded.

I let out a big breath of air. "Okay." I nodded.

"Thank you Kali, now go to sleep we still have an hour and an half left." Marco soothed. I nodded my head and rested it against the car window.

* Marco's POV *

My phone made a loud ring indication that I had an incoming call, I quickly picked it up, not bothering to look at who it was so the ringing wouldn't wake up Kali.

"Hello?" I answered. "Marco, Chase better have been fucking joking when he told me you and Kaitlyn were on your guys way to see me." It was none other than Nate. "You know her god damn Carver, so fucking say it." I said through gritted teeth.

He had hurt her enough.

"Who cares?" He said. "I care, I care so fucking much. Remember when you beat the shit out of Isaac because he was using Kali for sex? Cause I do. Now look at you, you played her Nathan. You took her damn virginity. She lost something so fucking important to a scumbag like you." I hissed.

"You better turn your god damn car around right now Marco, I don't want to see you or Kara."

"Say her real god damn name." I scowled. "No need to. Why would I need to learn a name of someone who means nothing to me?" He asked.

"Don't you dare play that dumb bullshit Nathan!" I yelled. I looked over and saw Kali grunt and move to get comfortable again.

"You know damn well that Kali means something to you. You're just too much of a pussy to admit it. You're scared Nathan, you're scared of how much you like Kali. She's a great fucking girl, that you sure as hell don't deserve. The only reason I'm driving two hours out of my way, is for her. She needs closure." I whisper yell, making sure not to wake Kali.

There was a long pause on the other end of the line. "I don't think I signed up for a therapy appointment with you Marco." Nathan hissed.

"Oh, this one is on the house, and there was no need for signing up, but next time there will be charge. Nathan I swear on the lord if you don't get your shit together you're gonna loose everything you have, you're gonna loose me, your friends, your family and you're gonna loose the most perfect girl in the world- Kali. You have forty-five minutes to get a god damn game plan together Carver, figure it out." I yelled and cut the call.

Very short chapter, I know, less than 700 words... but yeah I just wanna tell you guys, Marco doesn't like Kali, as more than a friend, hes just being protective, in a brotherly way. But speaking of Marco... I absolutely loved him in the chapter, being all cute and shit.

I have never written in a guys point of view so I hope this was good.
