"He is not!"
"Is too!"
"Is not!"
"Is too!""Girls girls girls, calm down you're both beautiful." I held back my laughter and placed my lunch tray down on the table.
Lauren and Reagan both glanced over at me and scoffed. "Shut up Kali." Lauren glared.
I rolled my eyes. "What's going on?" I asked taking a bite of my French fry.
"Carson Samuels asked me out on a date and Reagan keeps calling him a player and says he's not even gonna show up to the date. That's so rude to say that about someone!" Lauren practically yells.
I took a glance around the room and saw a lot of people were looking over at us. I tensed up a bit and took a big breath.
After a few moments everyone went back to their own conversations.
In my opinion on this whole Lauren, Carson and Reagan situation- they were both right.
Reagan was right about Carson being a player and how he most likely won't show up on the date. That's what he does- he makes girls feel special by asking them out, then ends up not going on the date and saying "oh sorry I got busy." It's surprising how girl keep agreeing to go on dates with him.
Lauren was also right though, it is rude to say that about someone. Especially since Lauren seems to really like him.
I was snapped out of my thoughts by Lauren and Reagan fighting again.
"Stop saying that! He isn't like that!"
"The fuck he isn't! He was just kissing a girl on the side of the school this morning!"
"Girls knock it off!" This time I was the one getting everyone's attention on us.
I awkward smile rose on my face. I leaned in closer to them so I could talk to them without the whole grade hearing our discussion.
"Lauren, no offense, but Carson is a player, he is always with a different girl. He hooks up with a different girl every other day." I say defending Reagan.
"Ha! Told you!" Reagan laughed in Lauren's face.
"-and you." I said turning my attentions to Reagan.
"Lauren obviously likes him so why can't you just let her be happy. Maybe Carson did change- but maybe he didn't. It is rude to say that about him when you don't know him that well." I say now defending Lauren.
"-but Lauren just remember whatever happens, Reagan and I will both be there for you." I eased with a small smile.
"I don't like it when you guys fight, so can we all put this behind us?" I asked with hope in my voice.
They both nod their heads. "Okay good." I smile.
The bell rings, signaling us that lunch was over and it was time for 5th period.
We all go dump our trays and walk back to our lockers.
Lauren, Reagan and I's lockers have always been next to each other's. I actually met Lauren when she accidentally slammed her locker door on my hand- turns out Lauren broke it.
I grabbed my textbook and binder and closed my locker. "I'll see you guys in English." I said waving goodbye. "Have fun in Biology!" They called.
I laughed and made my way towards the lab.
Once I walked in everyone was standing against the wall.
We only do that when we switch seats? Fuck!
