As I returned to the cottage with North, four of them went into the kitchen to discuss, leaving me and Jack alone for a minute. "Did North show you a little doll of himself?" Jack asked once we were alone. "No he didn't, just that I have to show you guys what I've got for two weeks. Because he still thinks I'm a...kid" I explained. Jack laughed, "I'm 215 not 106!" I exclaimed elbowing Jack in the ribs gently. "Well I'm over 300 less than 400" Jack winked. "Yeah, you died a hundred years before me at the age of 17, me at the age of 15" I chuckled. A memory came back, Kyle was 16 and Max never got to ask his question to me! "Man if I could go back 200 years for a day, I'd love it" I groaned at the sad mystery. "Why?" Jack curiously asked. "Max wanted to ask me a question and asking it when the wolf came out, and he was asking something for Kyle. I could tell" I admitted slouching on a chair. "Kyle?" Jack repeated. "He was my best friend and we liked each other, ALOT" I answered. "Oh Cool" Jack said. I looked into Jack's bright blue eyes and smiled as he looked into mine.
Ten minutes later of that the four walked back in and we looked away from each other blushing blue slightly. "Missed anything?" I heard Bunnymund whisper to Jack, Jack just smiled and answered "No Kangaroo". "Well it's sorted, Em. You've got two weeks for show us what you've got" North said and smiled. "And, Bunnymund will look after you" North added and rushed off. "What?! Wait!" Bunnymund and I exclaimed in sync and hurried after North. "She's a handful North, she doesn't need me mate!" Bunnymund reasoned. "Yeah! What the kangaroo said" I added and threw Bunnymund a joking smile. "It's not fair! You want me to show you what I can do! I don't need a babysitter!" I argued, my eyes flashing gold. That freaked Bunnymund out seriously. "Nope, only for one week, then you're free on your own for the last week" North said and headed to his office. We returned to Jack, "Any luck?" he asked. I just laughed and stared at the ground until my eyes returned to blue. "Not a hope in Wallaroo mate" Bunnymund answered. "Ah, I'm not that bad am I?" I innocently pouted. "After trying to bring you here, YES!" Jack and Bunnymund said 'yes' in unison. "Well it's only a week" I said and leaned into Bunny's shoulder. "Yeah a week" he said jokingly. "C'mon, let me show you your room, Wolfie" Bunnymund said. "Wolfie? Who you calling Wolfie? Kangaroo!" I smirked. I followed Bunnymund, Jack tapped my shoulder. "Meet me later." he whispered and her flew off. I followed Bunnymund through the cottage. "I think Jack likes you" Bunny said. "What do you mean?" I blushed secretly. I was taking a liking to Jack, but I have never taken a liking to anyone in the past 200 years! Damn that makes me sound OLD. "Once we caught you in that sack, Jack wouldn't shut up about how swift and fast you were before and after you changed wolf for ten seconds" he answered. "Wow" I chuckled and caught up with Bunnymund. We arrived at a room with frost on it and my name in-printed on a golden name plate "My name!" I exclaimed at the words 'Emma Wolfblood'. "Like I said, or Tooth said, you don't have a choice" Bunnymund said and opened the door. "Aw Nah" I replied happily but half-hearted.
The room I entered had soft fresh white snow walls, a large glass window where I could see the beautiful forest outside. The floor was a fluffy snow white carpet/rug. There was a glass desk with a picture of Max and Kyle framed with snowflakes. There was a glass chair at the desk too. There were two large snowflake framed pictures on the wall; one of me before and after my death. "Man in Moon told us you don't need a bed" Bunnymund said as I stood there wide-eyed taking in my new room. "True, I sleep in a frost ball. It's-amazing!" I managed to say and ran at Bunnymund and hugged him. "Thank You" I whispered happily, "Hey, you're one of us. Anytime" He answered with a smile. "Well, I'll let you settle in mate, I believe Jack wants to meet you later" Bunny finally said after a minute silence. "How'd you know?" I exclaimed. Bunny gestured to his ears. "Can't underestimate these little rascals, they're almost as good as your wolf hearing" Bunny laughed. "Well OK, see ya later EB" I said. Bunny smiled. "Better than Kangaroo that Jack made up" Bunny chuckled. "Don't get used to it, I'm taking a liking to Kangaroo" I teased. "Yeah whatever Wolfie. Bye" he teased back and closed the door behind him. "Wolfie!" I amusingly repeated to myself. I collapse on the floor and snuggle into the rug causing the tips to frost up. "This is my life for two weeks of even forever" I smile gratefully and fall asleep contently.
