Connect - What now?!

An hour later a reluctantly awoke and remembered where I was. I smiled and got up, I purposely made it snow on me just to randomly freshen me up. A flake hit my nose and I wrinkled my nose as in landed. Soon I remembered I had to meet Jack, but where in the  blazing Snowy Mountains?! I opened the door and shut it behind me as I left my room. I found Sandy in the kitchen, "Hey Sandy, have you seen Jack?" I asked. He turned around and made a 'kissy kissy' sign above his head. "Eh, No!" I squirmed. But it was kinda cute. Sandman rolled his eyes and pointed to the roof. "He's on the roof?" I guessed. Sandman clapped. "I could get a hang of this" I proclaimed proudly and headed into the snow. It was around 1.00 or 2.00 in the afternoon and it was snowing lightly. "The rooftop" I said out loud. I flew gracefully stretching my legs doing several loopy-loops in mid air before landing on the rooftop where Jack was waiting. "Took your time" he chuckled leaning coolly on his staff, now THAT made me nervous, and I'm never nervous. Except when North locks me in his office! "I fell asleep" I said and landed beside Jack my hood on half covering my eyes. "The Kangaroo told me" Jack smirked. "Very funny" I rolled my eyes. "You wanted to meet me, what for?" I asked, cutting to the chase, I pushed back my hood and my hair was a perfect as it had been when I woke up 200 years ago. "I wanted to show you this village" Jack said and took me hand. We flew off towards a village bustling with adults, children, families...I smiled sadly as we landed. "Can they see you?" I asked. "Yeah, they can see you too." Jack said gesturing to my hand that was holding his. "Sorry" I said, we landed softly and a bunch of kids came running up to us. "Jack! Jack! Make it snow!" they cried full of joy. "Maybe later, everyone! This is Emma Wolfblood. I need you to believe in her so she can be  seen without holding me hand, although I don't mind" Jack explained and winked at me after. I blushed slightly. "Sure, we can see her! She's pretty too! Make it snow!" they pleaded. I laughed at made it snow and the kids ran around happily and Jack let go of my hand and I was seen by all the kids and adults in the village.

We played like that for another hour, having snowball fights, ice-skating and more fun in the snow. Jack strangely hung with me for most of it. I don't need him babysitting me now do it?! Although I do have a liking-Wait NO I DON'T! I noticed a boy on the outskirts of the village and three teenagers approached him. They kicked him and shoved him gently, while teasing him and stealing his stuff. My blood boiled at the sight, Jack noticed I was unsettled and came over to me, "What's up?" he asked and took one look at my Autumn Gold eyes and where they were looking, he got frustrated. The teens started punching him. "Oi! Leave him alone!" I yelled at them from the rooftop. "Who's gonna make us, princess?" they snorted rudely. They got rougher and rougher. I couldn't take it anymore and my vanes were showing through my skin. Jack remained where he was looking after the other kids. The little boy around 12 was crying in pain. "I said LEAVE HIM ALONE!" I shouted and leaped off the rooftop and for the very first time, I changed into wolf OFFICIALLY! I growled angrily and sped over to the boy, I stood in front of the teenagers and crouched in a 'preparing to attack' position and my Autumn Gold eyes flashed at them, warning them to back off. The teenagers instantly backed down and ran off like babies. I let the boy get up and he looked just like Kyle, only younger; Pale brown hair, bright blue eyes and cream tanned skin. Still in wolf form I backed away eyes wide. The boys spoke calmly but shaken still, "Thank you" he said and hugged me. I whined slightly and relaxed when he hugged me.

Once the boy went back to him family and the kids went inside for dinner, I returned to guardian form. Jack approached me once my Autumn Gold eyes were gone and back to icy blue. "That was amazing!" Jack enthused. "I actually turned wolf" I gasped and looked at my body at how I had changed back. "And you saved Kyle!" Jack added, I froze. "Kyle?" I muttered. "Yeah his name is Kyle, you helped him from those teens" Jack answered happily. Tears formed in the base on my eyes. "Em?" Jack said. "He's name was Kyle, he looked just like my Kyle. He's the guy I need to look out for the most." I said. "Looks like you found your connected believer" Jack smiled. "Connect, what now?" I blurted out seriously confused. What in the Snow Weather?! "I connected with Jamie, my first REAL believer. Kyle is yours." Jack said taking my hand. "Well, at least I'll be seeing him more" I smiled and we headed back to the cottage for the night. "I think once Bunny and North hear about this, you'll be one step closer to being a real guardian" Jack complimented. "Thanks" I smiled. Kyle, I need to look out for him. I didn't do to well with the other one and I regret it deeply
