Chapter 25

MAVIS P.O.V

Peter sat in the shotgun and I sat at the backseat.

"hey love birds! " Tobin greeted.

"hi" Peter grunted.

"hello!! Single slinthead!!" I greeted.

"whatever" Tobin replied clearly annoyed.

"so what's up" Peter asked.

"the roof" Tobin replied goofing around.

"you do realize what you said is extremely old school" Peter asked.

"that is what makes me classy mate" he replied with a wink.

"wow" Peter said.

"what about you baby girl?? How is life" Tobin asked.

"it was the best till like 5 minutes before......... Then everything changed" I replied.

"fuck lass get out of my car then" he replied.

"alright alright" I said putting my hands up.

"nice" he replied.

In no time we were at the pub.

I got out of the car and pulled my dress down. I was very much conscious and I have no idea why.

Tobin started walking towards the entrance.

Peter put his arm around my waist.

"love you look like you have come from the planet zeus" Peter said.

"planet Zeus?" I asked clearly confused.

"well It's an imaginary planet of mine where hot people live" Peter explained.

"love you too babe" I replied.

He chuckled and led me to the bar.

We all walked to the counter.

"Peter what would you have?" Tobin asked.

"nothing man" Peter replied.

"you don't drink?" Tobin asked.

"yeah I just quit it" Peter replied.

"because of Mavis?" he asked.

"of course" Peter replied.

"right...... "

He was about to say something but he didn't and ordered some shots.

" since you are here taking care of my little girl here. I will go and get drunk" he said and took his shots.

Peter smiled.

We talked about various topics. When Tobin excused himself from the group.

"ma'am would you care to dance with me?" Peter asked in his Dutch accent.

"love to" I replied and took his hand. We walked to the dance floor.

We walked over to the dance floor hand in hand. I could feel the heat searing through my skin. My heart was thumping like hell. I had never danced with a guy and all so it was kind of my first time.

He put his hands on my waist. I felt his warm hands on my hips giving me chills and goose bumps. Boy he looked so hot and sexy.

I put my hands around his neck. It was a bit sweaty though which was fine for me because I love sweaty guys.

We swayed to the sing for what seemed like eternity.

His cool forehead was pressed toy own. The song finally finished.

"let's go huh?" he whispered.

I nodded in response. He pressed his lips to mine sending a wave of heat in my body.

We walked down the dance floor.

"where is Tobin??" I asked.

He pointed towards a couch. He was all over a girl.

"wow" I replied.

"yeah it's about time he got a girlfriend" Peter said.

I chuckled.

"wanna go home? " Peter asked.

"yeah sure" I replied.

We walked towards Tobin.

"hey" I greated.

"hi love" he said clearly drunk.

"whatever we are leaving. Don't worry we will get a cab" I said.

"you came with me? " he asked.

I rolled my eyes.

"whatever have a good time kiddos" he winked.

Peter chuckled deeply.

*time-lapse*

PETER'S P.O.V

I woke up to the shining sunlight. My hand was wrapped around my girl. Our legs were twisted.

I kissed her shoulder.

"wake up lovely" I said.

I propped up on my elbows.

"mmm" she mumbled and pulled me back into bed. She snuggled into chest.

I chuckled.

"wake up. We have to meet your aunt and then we have to catch a flight."

"alright" she said and sat up. Her hair were a mess. I laughed at that.

"what? " she asked.

" why don't you check yourself in the mirror" I replied.

She got off the bed and ran towards the mirror.

"oh" she said. Her face was scrunched up in disgust.

"I think I will use the rest room" she said.

I nodded.

We were ready in no time. We had breakfast with Mavis's parents.

We were now saying goodbye and Mavis was actually getting sentimental. Even after what her parents had done to her.

"you know Mavis you can stay here if you want" her mother said.

There was a long silence.

"thanks mama but I have got a job, University and a fiance there I can't leave them" she replied.

And I released a breath which I didn't know I was holding.

She nodded.

"I understand" her mom replied.

Hugs were exchanged and finally we were ready to go to meet her Aunt.
