The doctor did find the proof he needed on Ashton's body to file a child abuse case. The doctor also had to call in the police when he did. The police were speaking with the doctor when Luke was told Ashton was gonna wake up soon.
After being informed that Ashton would wake soon Luke was right beside holding his hand. Calum was too busy calling his brothers who all lived across the country or in a different country, and Michael had taken the kids home.
After a few hours of waiting Luke felt Ashton's hand move.
He smiled as Ashton's eyes fluttered open.
