Ashton's fathers lawyer stood in front of the judge as he explained.
"There is no real proof that these pictures are actually those boys, nor is Mr. Irwin in any of these pictures.For all we know these are taken off the internet, and if they are real there is no proof that Mr.Irwin did these things to those boys."
The judge thought for a moment before sadly looking at Ashton's lawyer.
"I'm sorry, but the pictures are out. The jury will not use them when they decide their final verdict."
Greg was sobbing as he stepped down from the stand.
"The defense rests."
