I stood next to Mal as she and Ben were talking.

"Hey" Ben said. Mal pulled out the bag of cookies.

"I just made a batch of cookies. Double chocolate chip. You want one?"

"I, uh, I've a big game, I don't eat before a big game. But thanks so, so much, next time, next time." Ben began to walk away, but Mal said,

"Yeah, yeah. I completely understand, be careful of treats offered by kids of villains. No, I'm sure ever kid in Auradon knows that, I get it. You're cautious, that's smart. Oh well, more for me I guess." Mal prepared to eat the cookie until Ben took it from her and bite it.

"See? See that? I totally trust you. Totally." Ben started rambling after Mal asked him how it was.

"Mal, have you always had those little golden flecks in your eye's?" I took the cookie from Ben. Jay stood behind him.

"How you feeling, bro?"

"I feel... I feel... I feel like... like singing your name! Mal!" Mal covered Ben's mouth as he sang her name.

I stood next to Lonnie during the game.

"Prince Ben has won it! What an unselfish play by Jay! Incredible game, what a team! And it's the new gas, Jay and Carlos, who set up the Prince for the winner. What a victory! An absolutely incredible end to one of the best games ever. Here they come folks, the winners off the first tourney-" but Ben took the mic from the announcer.

"M!" The crowd repeated.
