Ethereal The Time Lord

Chapter thirteen

I wake to yelling from down stairs and the warm body under me stures. I look up at Fen surprized he stayed with me through the night into the early morning. He sits up sliding Halz and I from his bare chest and I sit up next to him watching him carefully.

He pull the cover off of us and jumps from the bed landing on the balls of his bare feet. I follow suit my body clothing its self as I race out the door into the hallyway and stand shaking as my legs give out. I grab the railng with my shaking hands and lean agaist the it holding myself up.

I look over the railing watchimg Fen race down the stairs and he dissapears into the entryway. I hear someone land hard on the floor as Fen growls. I pull myself up over the railing and land aquwardly on my feet as i tomble forward.

I pull myself up on the wall and stumble forward as a body is thrown past me. I stop as another body comes flying past me. I look over the two unmoving bodies and find them to be Kumara and Faina. Two of Marzel's friends and watch as a bug slides from their noses.

I flick my wrist and they light up blazim with fire as the pop and sizzle. Fen walks over to their bodies and picks them both up I'm his arms. He turns and disappears out the front doors. Marzel walks around the corner and sees me leaning against the wall.

"Enyo, you should be in bed." She says and walks up to me. She helps me up the steps to my room and helps me into bed. "Now rest we will Talk about what just happened when you get your stangth back up." She says and kisses !y forehead lightly. "Fen will be back shortly i know how hard it is for you to sleep with out..." She sighs shaking her head. "I will send Fem in when he returns." She says hiding her face behind her hair as she silently cries.

My hand reaches out as I sit up and pull her into my arms. "Marz, why do you too do this to yourselves. He still loves you as you still love him. Stop this suffering." I say but my voice is not my own and is angelic.

"You wont understand Enyo. It is complicated." She says resting her head on my shoulder as she sits down.

"Marz , look at me." I says as strawberry blonde wavy hair falls around me as Zinyu smiles sadly through me. "I understand more then you know." Zinyu says and Marz sits back looking into Zinyu's green eyes.

"Hu,Zinyu. I can't." She says sobing and Zinyu wipes her tears away with her pale fingers.

"Yes you can. He needs you just as you need him." Zinyu says amd the door opens but she does not look to whom it is already know.

"Eziaway?" Fen's voice breaks as his eyes falls on his and Marzel's daughter form behind Marzel. "How?" He says as he races to her and Marz slides away giving them room. Fen gathers Zinyu against him holding her tightly. She wraps her arms around him as he sobs into her hair.

"Yes it is I. Please Fen I gave that name up long ago. It is Zinyu now. I am only a soul now existing with in Valdis. I was able to send my soul away before my body died. The darkness found me and took me within it to protect me. I am sorry I left you."

"No I am sorry I did not save you in time." He says.

"It is not your fault. You could not protect us all. I am glad that I got to see you but I must return to the darkness. I have to keep Enyo and Azaeil safe. Take care. I am always with you." She says and she dissapears from my body as I lean limbly against Fen.

Fen lays me gently down on the bed and covers me up. He leans down kissing my forehead and my eyes close as I fall asleep. I wake to dark figure crawling over my as i am smashed betweem them. Darkness is all i can see and all i can feel in bodies crawling over me. Screams echo in my ears as growling vibrets throuth the bodies and i feel a ruff tongue slide over my hand as the body crawls towards the screams.
