The guards tried to pull Lucille and Kate away from the chariot race. Kate looked surprised. Then she looked angry. "Let go of me!" she shouted. Mason and Daniel rushed down the steps of the viewing stand. The guards were having a hard time pulling Lucille and Kate through all the people. "Let them go!" Mason and Daniel yelled. Their voices were lost in the noise of the race. They pushed their way through the crowd. "Leave them alone! Leave them alone!" they kept shouting. Finally, Mason and Daniel reached Lucille, Kate, and the guards. They tried to grab Kate and Lucille, but a guard blocked them. "Let them go! We promise we'll take them home!" yelled Mason and Daniel. More guards arrived. The crowd began to shout, "Arrest them! Arrest them!" The guards continued pulling Lucille and Kate away. "You know, Lucille if you wanted to show off your red-belt Taekwondo moves, now would be the time," said Kate. "Of course! I just learned some new moves on Saturday's class. I can injure them so they can't chase us," thought Lucille. She broke free of the soldiers grasp and started doing middle punches and front snap kicks and roundhouse kicks. Then, she did the same to Kate's guards. "OWW!!!!" shouted the guards.(😡) "Well, you never mess with a red-belt training to be on the FBI SWAT team," said Lucille, slapping a guard in the face. Suddenly, the crowd gasped. Their faces looked like this;😮. All heads turned to watch as a huge cream-colored horse galloped out of the dust. The crowd whispered to each other with excitement and wonder. The cream horse was the most beautiful creature Lucille had seen. She was pulling an empty chariot. And she was galloping straight toward Lucille.
