Mal POV
The guards burst through the door, and looked at us. I only looked down and hoped that Ben is safe with the others. They forced me stand up and placed cuffs on my hands, and it burned. The metal touching my skin glowed red, and I wanted it to stop. I looked at my friends and they looked me.
We all walk out, and left Auradon Prep. I looked back and hid a little of my spell book in my jacket pocket. Soldiers surrounded us and looked in the forest nearby. I felt so weak, the metal kept burning me, along with the armor the soldiers are wearing.
I collapsed and felt myself surrounded by my friends. They were pulled away, and the captain appeared. He called out for some other guards, and they forced me to keep walking.
We made it to the city, and I looked around. I saw some citizens staring, but one couple from a high window caught my attention. It was Beast and Belle, along with the rest of the parents. I quickly mouth the words 'I'm Sorry', before being pulled away.
Ben POV
We ran to the stables and got on our horses. Lonnie and Doug go on hers, Chad and Audrey go on his, I go with Jane who is holding onto Dude.We carefully make our way to the Enchanted Forest, me being the leader.
We raced to the border lines of the school, took one last look, and left into the forest. We rode on the path I remember it leading to the bridge.
Once we reached the bridge, it was still broken. Jane used some of magic to make it stronger, and we crossed. We made it to the Enchanted Lake and got off our horses.
I looked at the lake and saw another flash. I was with Mal, and we were on a picnic. She told me a bit more of herself. I told her that we get to choose who we're going to be, and that "I can look into your eye, and I can tell you're not evil." I left for a swim, but Mal stayed and ate the strawberries. A little, after I rescued Mal from drowning. It all ended with me asking her if she loves me.
I blinked a few times and went to the others, making a sure I keep my promise of changing things for the good of Auradon.
