This chapter is kinda confusing with the vows

Draco's POV

As I stood at the altar waiting for Harry, I took in the scenery of our wedding. We had it in a traditional Catholic Church, because we thought it would be a beautiful place to have our wedding. And we were right. The stained glass windows added a little splash of color to the black and White Sea of dresses, tuxes, and dress robes that filled the seats. On my right side was Blaise, my best man, followed by all of my groomsmen; Pansy, Goyle, George, and Neville standing out the most. Then Ron was going to be to Harry's right, then his groomsmen; Hermione, Luna, Fred, and Dudley standing out.
I looked at all of our guests next. Mom and dad were in the front on my side of the seating area, along with Aaron and McGonagall in the front. Aaron was constantly waving at me, having me wave back to him with a smile. A lot of my other family members were also there. Then on Harry's side was basically every Weasley you could imagine besides the one on the altar with me, Petunia, and Remus. There was an empty set for Sirius, but he was at the front of the aisle waiting for Harry. Then scattered among the seating area were a lot of friends from Hogwarts.
Suddenly the music started up, snapping me out of my thoughts. Everyone stood up and turned to see Harry at the beginning of the aside. I instantly started crying. Sirius linked his arm with Harry's, bringing him down the Aisle. I tried blinking away tears, but they wouldn't go away. I brought a hand to my face and wiped it. Harry let out a breathy giggle, and I noticed he was tearing up too.
He had his hair all over the place as usual. But I didn't care. He had a white tux and black bow tie and a bright smile that made the room a million times better.
Behind Harry was Aaron and teddy, Aaron holding Teddy's Hand as he made his way down the aisle, tossing bunches of rose petals on the ground. Aaron had the rings already and made his way into the altar as teddy went with Sirius. Severus came into view and went to Sirius and Harry.
"Who gives this man away?" He asked.
"I do," Sirius told him. He kissed Harry's forehead and let him come on the altar with me. Sirius grabbed Teddy's hand and led him back to their seats.
"Harry," I whispered to him. "You look so beautiful," I told him, starting to tear up. He let out another breathy laugh.
"Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today in the presence of these witnesses, to join Harry James Potter and Draco Lucius Malfoy in matrimony commended to be honorable among all; and therefore is not to be entered into lightly but reverently, passionately, lovingly and solemnly. Into this - these two persons present now come to be joined. If any person can show just cause why they may not be joined together - let them speak now or forever hold their peace." Severus started. We waited for a few seconds, and I swear to god if anyone decides to confess their undying love for one of us I'm going to loose my shit.
"Then we shall get started," Severus said. " 'Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue, but with actions and in truth' 1 John 3:18" Severus started.
"These two men have taught many that love is not about gender, color, religion, race, sexual preference, or about empty words or actions given or received. They have taught that love is about truly feeling a bond with someone. That when you love someone, you do not fall in love based on whether or not they are a girl or a boy. You fall in love with their person. These two men have have found a light within each other to, when combined, create a bright future," Severus stepped forward to us. "Now, these two men shall say their vows. Please, join hands," Harry and I held our hands and looked in each other's eyes, smiling.
"Harry, if you would please repeat after me," Severus said.
"I Harry James Potter, take you Draco Lucius Malfoy, to be my husband," Severus started.

"May I have the rings, please?" Severus asked. Aaron came over with the wedding rings. Severus picked one up and gave it to Harry. "Repeat me after me,"
"I, Harry James Potter, give you Draco Lucius Malfoy this ring as a eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you,"
Harry took a breath. "I, Harry James Potter, give you Draco Lucius Malfoy this ring as a eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you," Harry said as he slid the ring on my left ring finger. I smiled at Harry, and he smiled back.
"And Draco, repeat after me," Severus told me as he gave me a ring.
"I, Draco Lucius Malfoy, give you Harry James Potter this ring as a eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you," Severus said. I let out a shaky breath and looked at Harry's hand.
"I, Draco Lucius Malfoy, give you Harry James Potter this ring as a eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you," I said as I slid the wedding ring on Harry's finger.
"As the power vested in me by the Ministry of Magic, I now pronounce you husband and husband. You may now kiss the groom," Severus said, and I pulled Harry toward me.
Harry and I leaned in at the same time, wrapping our arms around each other and connecting our lips. We both smiled into our first kiss as husbands. I felt tears soaking our cheeks, and I didn't really care. Harry was finally my husband.
Cheering erupted the church, crying and clapping was basically the only thing you could hear. After about six seconds, Harry and I released form the kiss and faced the audience.
"I now present to you, Mr. And Mr. Potter," Severus said, and the Church erupted in cheers again. Harry and I went down the aisle holding hands, smiling widely. I finally got married to the love of my life. Once we were out of the room, instead of running to get to the after party, I turned to Harry.
"So my love, we are now married," I told him. He smiled.
"We are," he whispered. "And I'm the luckiest man in the world,"
"No, you aren't," I said, and he blinked at me. "You're the second luckiest man in the world. I'm by far the luckiest for being able to marry you," I told him. He smiled at me again.
"And I still love you just as much as I ever have. Maybe even more," I smiled at him.
"Even after six or seven years? All this time?" I asked.
Harry leaned forward and gave me a passion filled kiss. It was so full of love and affection that I was sure I was going to faint afterward. After he released from it, he rubbed his thumb over my wedding ring, whispering one comforting word against my lips.
"Always,"
