Chapter 58

Harry's POV

"Baaaaabby," I heard a soft voice call into my ear.
"Not now. I need my sleeps," I mumbled.
"You're such a dork," Draco snorted. I laughed and rolled on top of him.
"But you love me," I told him and kissed him.
"I do don't I." He said as he wrapped his arms around my naked torso.
"Love you," I said as I put my head in his neck.
"Love you. And heeey don't fall asleep," he said as he did a shoulder wiggle.
"Stop it you shit." I grumbled. He laughed loudly.
"I thought I was asshole,"
"You're both," I told him as I kissed his neck. He laughed again. "Just kidding, love you," I said as I kissed up his jaw. He chuckled and ran his hands up and down my back.
"Hey Draco?" I asked as I brought my head up.
"Yeah?" He said as he furrowed his eyebrows.
"Will you go to my hearing with me?" I asked.
"Of course." He smiled. "I promised you I'd be by your side." I smiled widely at this, and hugged him close.
The door opened, but I didn't care. I was still too happy about what Draco told me.
"Guys, it's time to come downstairs," Sirius' voice spoke. I felt Draco nod, and the door closed. I hopped of of him, and went to get a shirt, pants, boxers, and socks for the both of us.
"Your arse still looks great," Draco said from behind me.
"What's the deal with you and my butt?" I asked him.
"It's perfect! And it's mine so," he said causally.
"My arse is yours?" I asked him as I turned around smiling.
"Yes..." He said. I laughed and kissed him.
"You have a great ass too," I told him.
"Really?" He asked, smiling.
"Yes. I happen to love it a lot." I told him as I put my boxers on and threw a shirt at him.
We got dressed and went downstairs. I got to the kitchen, and went to get the pills we put up there. When I opened the cabinet, they weren't there.
"Draco?" I called over all the voices. He walked over. "Have you seen my pills?" I asked him. He shook his head slowly. My eyes widened. "What?!" I said.
"Harry, you have to calm down before you give yourself a panic attack. I'll find them." He said as he pulled my into a hug. "You get some water okay?" He said. I nodded.
He released and I went across the room to get water. I pulled the tap up with very shaky hands, and tried grabbing a cup. Eventually I got one, and Draco came back in the room. As I picked up the cup, he walked over. I walked to him, and the glass cup fell out of my hand on to the floor, shattering everywhere.
"Damn it!" I shouted as everything went silent.
"Hey, it's all good." Draco said as he gave me the pills and a cup of water. I huffed and took the pill and chugged water down.
Remus smiled. "You ready to go, Harry?" He asked. I nodded as I looped my arm around Draco's. "You're both going?"
"I promised I'd be there," he told him. He nodded. Mr. Weasley came and took my arm, and apparated us to the Ministry. We walked down the hallways, and ears a voice.
"Harry? Draco?" It was Lucius. We turned around. "What are you doing here?" He asked.
"Didn't you hear?" Arthur asked. He held up a cropped picture of me using the patronus charm.
"Well, that's either fake or real, and if it's real Harry did it for a reason." He said as he inspected the picture. I nodded.
"We got attacked," Draco said.
"Are you okay?" He asked. We nodded.
"We're actually going to a hearing now." I told him.
"Then I'll let you be on your way," he said, and turned around.
"Tell Narcissa I said hi!" I yelled.
We ran to the room of my hearing, and Draco gave me a hug and kiss on the cheek before he sat down in a front row. I sat down in the huge chair.
"Harry Potter?" A man called. (I forgot if it was the minister or not forgive me)
"Yes sir?" I asked and shifted in my seat.
"Let's get started shall we? Okay, did you or did you not use the patronus charm." He asked me.
"Well, yes but-"
"Is it true that you did this in the presence of a muggle?"
"Yes but-"
"Is it true that you are fully aware that you are not permitted to use magic outside of school except for life threatening emergencies,"
"Yes but I-"
"Then I see no more needed for This case-"
"I ONLY DID IT BECAUSE OF THE DEMENTORS," I yelled.
"Dementors?" A woman in pink said. "All the dementors are controlled by the ministry."
"I don't know how they got out, ma'am, but two attacked my cousin, me, and-"
"Well if there is no proof or witnesses," I stopped listening and looked over to Draco. He nodded and stood up.
"Excuse me, but I was there," Draco spoke, making everyone look to him.
"Well then, come." The man spoke.
Draco walked over and rubbed my shoulder as we traded places. Draco took a swig of truth potion, and sat down.
"What is your relation with Mr. Potter?" The woman asked.
"He is my boyfriend." Draco said. The lady grimaced.
"What were you doing with him when the attack took place. Describe what happened,"
"Harry, his cousin, and I, we're out at a lake skipping rocks when the sky turned dark and the air turned cold. So, we ran away. We came across a tunnel, and his cousin slipped on ice causing him to fall. A dementor attacked him, and one came at Harry and I. He shoved me out of the way last minute and got attacked. So, he used his wand to get the dementor off him, casted the patronus charm, and got the two dementors away from us." He told them. We looked at them expectantly.
"This in favor of removing all charges?"
Draco's hand shot up in the air along with 99% of the jury.
"Those who oppose?"
Two hands went up.
"Mr. Potter, you are free of your charges, and will be going back to Hogwarts." The man said.
Draco shot up and ran over to me. He engulfed me in a huge hug and kissed me. More passion than I thought would be in it.
"You're free! Oh god!" He said as he smiled. He went back in for another kiss. "I love you!" He said and kissed my forehead.
"I love you," I told him, smiling.
We apparated back, and walked in holding hands.
"So?" Hermione asked.
"I'm free of charges." I told them. They all cheered and clapped. Draco put his arm around my shoulders. "We have Draco to thank. He's the one who got me out of it." I said.
"This calls for a celebration dinner." Mrs. Weasley said as she walked to the kitchen. We smiled and sat down, telling them of the trial and how I got free.
I pulled Draco upstairs and kissed him fast as I shut the door behind us. We got all our clothes off, and got to the bed, where we snogged until our lips were bruised.

So story time:

I was in class today and I was reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood price. My friends know I ship Drarry and they do to, and so we all hate Hinny. I hate it with a burning passion deep within my soul. (Sorry shippers)

Okay so Anyways, i was in library while reading and it was dead silent. So then I came across the part where Ginny kissed Harry or something like that. I whispered "that bitch," and tuRNED THE PAGE LOUDLY AND VICIOUSLY AND I READ ANGRILY.

Everyone was looking no doubt, and my friend goes "don't disturb her, she's reading," and the teacher started laughing at my reactions.

I just kept sitting there reading and then the scene with sectumsepra came and even though I've already read the book i said "don't you dare die, you little shit," and flipped the page. It was great.

So yeah story time over.
