Aurora's p.o.v

It seems like Shawn has been driving forever, I keep asking him if we're almost there but he just glances at me and smiles. I'm not complaining just curious on where he was taking me. I finally just let my thoughts go on where we were going and just enjoy the ride of being with him. We've been together for 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. He's absolutely amazing and I wouldn't trade him for the world. I can honestly say the he brings out the best in me that no one else can. With my thoughts over coming me of how amazing Shawn is to me we pull up into this beautiful outside restraunt. I look over at him with a huge smile on my face. He gets out of the car and opens my door for me and offers his arm to me which I gladly take.

He leads me inside and I'm in awh because this place was freaking amazing and beautiful. The waiter takes us to our table and he pulls out my chair for me to seat down.

Shawn: So babe what do you think?

Aurora: It's amazing. This place is probably really expensive though love.

Shawn: Well tonight is a very special night and I want it to be a night to remember forever.

Our night goes on laughing and carrying on with ourselves as we eat and drink wine. I couldn't image this night being any better than this. Until he random got out of his chair and came to my side.

Aurora: Shawn?

Shawn: Shh don't say anything.

He says as he's getting down on one knee.

Shawn: Aurora we've been together for 4 years now and I wouldn't want to spend my life with anyone else because I love you. I love that you know me. I love your facial expressions. I love the way we have kind of the same sense of humor. I love our conversations. I love that you care. I love your hugs and cuddles and how they're warm and safe. I love the way your eyes light up when you laugh. I love that you're concerned about me. I love that you make me do that cliché sigh. I love how you make me burst into fits of laughter because you really are that funny to me. I love that I can trust you. I love that you're close by. I love how I was able to get to know you. I love you. Yet, I never thought I could love someone as much as I love you. You make me feel things I never knew existed. I love every minute of everyday I get to spend with you because it reminds me over and over again how much in love with you I am. I love our crazy little life because its ours. You mean everything to me. Literally like you don't understand how happy I am to have you in my life. Even if you're a thousand miles away even if I can't see you I'm happy to hear your voice and see your smile. You're everything to me Aurora. You're my everything.

He pauses for a bit has he takes out a little box and opens it up. I look at him with tears of joy has my hands come up to my face with excitement I let him continue.

Shawn: Aurora Marie Wenson, Will you marry me?

Aurora: Yes. A thousand times yes.

He puts the ring on my finger and I immediately kissed him and everyone around us started clapping. I was so happy. I finally get to marry not only my finance but my best friend.
