Long, lost love.

"Hi," He greeted with a sincere smile printed on his charming face.

"Diemas."

"Yes, Kayana. It's me"

"And, you might not know. I wasn't dead, Kayana, I was just leaving home," He said, like he knew what was whirling in Kayana's mind.

"But you.. Didn't say goodbye, and neither did I. You never gave me a chance. They said your body was nowhere to be found. And now you come back." Her voice trembled.

"I guess I'd take back my words then. I wasn't leaving home, I was leaving you."

I was leaving you.

Those words sent shivers to her spine.

"You left me."

"I did. Now that we have a chance to meet, I want to apologize. I can admit I was.. Slightly childish. And maybe we can fix our broken—long lost relationship. Can't we, mon chéri?" He sent her a cold gaze, giving her feelings of all goodbye said to her at once.

"I don't want you back."

"Oh, don't get me wrong, le soleil de ma vie."

"Then what—"

"I have a wife, and I was just giving you a peace offer."

"Wife?" She choked on her own words.

"You met her just before our small talk, mademoiselle."

Tava.

"You married my twin sister."

"I did. And it seems like you have no choice." A smirk appeared on his lips.

"Listen, I moved on. I used to cry on our memories together. I used to mourn each day and night, whispering your name in each prayer. I used to. Okay? Now, I do not care, at all. You left my heart broken."

She swallowed her own saliva, before she continued her words.

"And you, bastard, you married the only person I love with all my heart. You're going to break her heart like you broke mine, and you're going to leave."

"I can guarantee I wouldn't. She is different."

"I haven't finished talking yet. No matter whatever reason you're going to spill out your filthy mouth, if you ever break her heart, I'd be pleased to break your neck and give your mud smelled body to dogs."

"Woa, calm down."

"Do not ever tell me to calm down." She bursted a gaze of anger to Diemas, but he just stared at her like nothing serious ever happened between them. He gave her his calm expression, it looks like he'd never been guilty all his life.

"Huh, so you knew each other then?" Tava came, breaking the tense.

"Um, we had a small talk, a friendly introduction for my sister in law." Diemas smiled, and sent a quick cold glare to Kayana.

"Anyway, mind if we go first? I was planning to go grocery shopping since Kayana hasn't been eating, but it seems like she missed her long lost sister," Adli said, politely.

"Not a problem at all. I can still ask for her phone number to call when I miss her, though."

Kayana let out a small laugh and wrote her phone number on a paper, passing it to Tava.

It was 2 AM, and Kayana hasn't gone to a slumber. She stared at the ceilings, wondering what she did wrong that she deserved to be left alone. She missed him, she still had a piece of her heart on his hand, but she clearly doesn't love him anymore. She fell in love, for once in years, with a complete stranger, whose name remained unknown. He knew her name, though, and she thought it was enough to leave a mark on his life.

Guileless daughter,

Your spirit will hate her,

A flower who married my sister the traitor

And you will expose his puppet behavior

For you are the proof how he betrayed my

Loyalty, loyalty, loyalty.

She sung herself a lullaby before falling into a deep, deep slumber. The last thing appeared on her mind before she fell asleep is him,

A stranger she crashed into the past following day.
