Rodney has been at my house twenty-four/seven! I walked out of the bathroom and into the living room. I just got finished showering and I'm still a little wet. I don't usually dry off well after showering. There he was, sitting on my couch like some kind of thug.

"You look good when you're dripping ma." He smirked.

I could walk for miles just staring into that smile of his, but I need to remain calm.

"How'd you get in here?" I asked.

"Candy." He said as if it meant nothing.

He pulled out a blunt and lit it. I stood there, staring, "What do you think you're doing?"

"Hitting a blunt lil mama. I know you probably don't smoke, but I do."

"Not in my place!"

"What's the problem? I know Darrius smokes."

"Yeah, but not around me!"

"A'ight ma." He sighed. "I won't do it."

I just rolled my eyes as my phone rang. I went into my room and saw Darrius's name flashing across the screen. I sucked my teeth and dropped it on the bed. Rodney came up behind me and looked at the phone.

"You're not going to answer it?"

"Nope."

"Why not? He might get mad."

"I don't care." I shrugged.

It rang again and Rodney picked it up. He answered it and put it to my ear, "Hello?"

"Hey, why you ain't answer the first time?"

"I was in the shower." I stuttered.

"Oh. Well I'll be there in a few."

"Why?" I practically yelled into the phone.

"Just to chill. You a'ight?"

"Yeah, I'm cool. How far away are you?"

"Um? Bout a good ten minutes."

"Okay. Bye."

I hung up before he could say another word. I looked over at Rodney who was now leaning on my wall.

"Um?"

"I know. I'm going to see you later, beautiful." He smiled. I blushed and waved.

"Who is it?"

"Bae..." He whined

I rolled my eyes and let him in. When he finally made it upstairs, he kissed me, "Hey, Darrius."

"What's up?" He licked his lips and held me by my waist.

"What are you trying to do?" I asked, fake smiling.

"You should know."

"Oh no. Not today, Darrius."

"Yes today."

"Do I have to?"

"Well, I've been smoking, drinking, and got a gun. You can run, but I'm still gonna find you." He smiled.

"No." I said quietly.

"What?"

"I said no!"

I tried to push him off, but he just held me tight. I felt something cold and hard against me so I assumed it was his gun.
