I felt the need to rival with this Elizabeth. I've always showed people that I'm uncrackable, unbreakable, and unshakable. Ciel was the first human I let see my true self. I was surprised that Dane doesn't mind my kindness. He is, after all, a demon. I decided to ask him. "Dane, why isn't my kindness bothering you?" He looked at me. "You may be kind, but your soul isn't. You have a heartless soul." He said, smirking. I gave him a smile. "Good to know." I said. I went out and into the dining room to get my day started.

I was reading in my library when I heard a knock. "Come in." I said. Ciel was revealed. He went and sat next to me. "Hello, Colligor." He said. I smiled then frowned. "Ciel, do you think I'm heartless?" I asked him. He raised a brow. "I don't think so." My frown deepened. He tilted his head. "Why would you ask that?" I faced him. "I want Dane to have one hell of a meal." My voice was cold and dark. I only spoke to Dane in that way, never to others much less to someone I care for. Ciel was a bit shocked but then did something I didn't expect. He smirked. "You're just full of surprises." He told me. My joyful expression returned, then my normal, boring expression was there. "Excuse me, Phantomhive, I have much to do." I said in my plain tone as I walked out. His smile was gone. I knew he returned to his normal self again. I walked into my study and began the paperwork. Dane came in not long after with a letter. "My lady, Ash has sent us a letter." I took the letter and read it. "Call Phantomhive." I said. He bowed. Ciel came in with his butler and I started explaining our mission. "The queen wants us to explore a Catholic abbey on the outskirts of Preston. It was burned down but a cult espousing deviant doctrines is gathered there. It was heard that the leader has the doomsday books of all followers and was rumored that they would revolt against the government." Ciel gave a nod. Dane then stepped in. "It was said that the abbey is highly guarded there. A large order of coffins were sent there." "Coffins?" Me and Ciel said in unison.

We arrived at undertaker's shop. "Something's not right." I mumbled. When we entered, we saw 'undertaker' leaning on his desk with his back towards us. "Welcome." He said. "Undertaker, I have-" I cut Ciel off. I threw a dagger and it hit 'undertaker' in the back of the head. "Ow! Ow, ow, ow!" The white wig fell off and revealed Grell in undertaker's outfit. Dane and Sebastian was trying to keep from laughing. Ciel was irritated and I raised a brow. He ran by us and I pulled the dagger out with one swipe. "OW!" He shouted. "You brat!" He yelled at me, rubbing his head. I heard a giggle come from the corner so I went to explore and found undertaker in a big jar of salt. "Welcome, earl Colligor and earl Phantomhive." He said. "Undertaker?" Ciel asked. "What are you doing in there?" Grell walked up next to us. "This old fellow said that he wasn't afraid of death gods so I pickled him in salt!" He said. I smacked Grell on the head. "Ouch!" He howled. "Idiot." I mumbled. "What did you call me?!" He shouted. "You'll regret burying him in salt later." I said. "Huh?" Grell was confused. I smirked along with undertaker. Ciel cleared his throat. "In any case, what were you doing here, Grell?" Ciel asked. "Well, I was sent out on a mission by William. Apparently, some cinematic records have been stolen. I was hungry and tired-" I zoned out after that. I was brought back from my thought when undertaker called my name. "Huh?" He giggled. "We're leaving, earl Colligor." He said, out of the jar. "Oh." I followed into the carriage... well, coffin.
