"Good News"

I finally started to feel better, and luckily my new neighbor was a doctor, so he could say if I was ok or not. He gave me good news, and I was happy to be ok. And I'm also just happy that it's winter break for my school, because I have a huge bruise of my forehead. So I decided to text Christopher& Daniel to ask if they were free for the day on the group chat.
On Text:

Me- "hey, are any of you guys free. I have nothing to do except sit in my bed."
Daniel- "sorry. I'm at my uncles house for the day."
Christopher- "sure I'm open. Come to my place and we'll play games."
Me- "ok, we'll all have to get together again soon."
Daniel- "yeah."
Christopher- "totally."

I then got up from my bed and told my mom I was going to my friends house.
She was ok with it, and now I was walking down the street and as I got up to his porch I said to myself "Audrey you beat him and act like a good gamer." I then knocked on the door two times and saw Christopher in his window, and he smiled and I smiled back.

Christopher- "hey, um come in."
Me- "thanks. so are we gonna play games?"
Christopher- "yeah. I got call of duty set up."
Me- "awesome. I'm gonna beat you though." Then I punched his shoulder.
Christopher- "haha. I wouldn't bet on it."
"Omg what happened to your face?"
Me- "what?! is it bad?!?!"
Christopher- "yeah..you look exactly the same."
Me- I punched his shoulder again sitting with him on his couch in his gaming room. "Hahahahahah. Funny😑😂."

We played games for an hour, and surprisingly I bet him 4 times!! And he was really effected, cause he knew I was better than him😂.

Christopher- "so how's ur head. for real this time lol."
Me- "it's..it's good actually. since I got my mind off of it for a while, it helped."
Christopher- "cool."
Me- "so you were born here?"
Christopher- "yeah. how did you know?"
Me- "there's Canada stuff everywhere so I'm just guessing. 😂"
(We started laughing)
Christopher- "yeah I was born and raised here."
Me- "awesome. you know what I just noticed."
Christopher- "what."
Me- "your four eyed."
Christopher- he started laughing "that's what they all say."
Me- "lol."

I then took off his glasses and tried them on. It was a really strong prescription on his lenses. Because it made everything so hard to see with my eyes. I then gave the glasses back to him. All we did was then sit on his couch and look at each other. He started getting closer and, I actually think he wanted to kiss me. I was then afraid so I looked away and then said

Me- "sorry I got to go."
Christopher- "you sure?"
Me- "yeah, sorry I'll see ya later."
Christopher- "cya"

I started walking down the stairs and then went out the front door, but before I left I said "I'm calling you four eyed now!" I then started laughing as I  walked back to my house. I started saying to myself "Audrey what were you thinking?!"  And now I noticed that  I was& am a total idiot, and he knew it. My mind was spinning, did I like Daniel...or Christopher!
