Okay, so I have a really.... diverse taste in music. I listen to everything from pop, to metal, all the way to vocaloid and k-pop. (Oh god, music nerd XD.)
And I think my taste in music is why I hate it when people say a band has no talent or sucks. I'm not saying it's wrong to have an opinion. It's fine if you don't like a song or the music the band makes. But saying they have no talent when the critic sings like a dying orca themselves kinda kills me a little. Like, people who hate on MCR Or Slipknot, anything really.
It's also annoying because part of the people who say the music sucks don't even listen to it or have no diversity in their music tastes anyway. It like a person who only listens and appreciates pop music saying that death metal sucks. You can't judge something you've only had one experience with.
I like rock, right? But that doesn't mean I like all rock bands! I think people need to be a little more open minded is all. :/
