When Jase and Lily pick us up, me and Skylar hold hands in the back seat. She ends up falling asleep on my shoulder. The whole way home.

The next day, I see Jase and Lily.
"Hey, Kevin!," Jase says.
"Prom's tonight!," Lily squeals," Me and Jase are going together!"
"Who are you taking?," Jase asks me.
Just then, I see Skylar walking down the hallway.
"Skylar!," I shout.
She turns to me and smiles. "Hey, Partner."
I grab her hand and ask," Hey...... Will you go to Prom with me?"
"A little too last minute," she frowns," But of course I'll go with you, Partner."
I swing my arm around her and we walk to class.

That night, Jase and me finish getting ready at my house. Me and him both wear black tuxes.
"You ready?," Jase asks.
"Yeah," I say," But I'm a little nervous."
"Please! You're going with THE Skylar! You should be TERRIFIED!"
We laugh. But it doesn't help the aching feeling in my stomach.

"Hey, Partner," Skylar says when I pick her up. She wears a black dress and Lily wears a white one.
"Is that ALL you call me?," I ask her.
"Deal with it," she smirks.
She takes my hand and we head to prom.
