Chapter 3

Joey's pov

My eyes shot open and I looked around the room in confusion, I quickly realized that I was in Daniels room, but there was no Daniel. I looked at the clock to see what time it was, and the clock said it was 10:32 am.

Thank god its the weekend I thought. I started hearing sounds coming from down stairs

J: Daniel!

I yelled trying to figure out where he was

D: I'm down here!

He yelled back in response. I got out of his bed and started heading down stairs. When I got to the stairs I started smelling a deliciously smell.

I reached the kitchen and saw Daniel flipping pancakes on a skillet with a 'kiss the cook' apron on

J: something smells amazing

I said standing next to him with my head on his shoulder

D: blueberry pancakes

He said wrapping his arm around my waist. I looked at him then down at the apron, I looked back up at him to see that he had a smirk on his face. I leaned in and gave him a little peck on the lips

J: yummy

I said after the kiss trying to sound cute, Daniel giggled and put the pancakes on two plates. He lead us to the table and sat the plates on opposite sides of the table.

J: this looks great

I said sitting down. I picked up a fork and took a bite of the pancakes

J: Daniel these are Delicious

I said taking another bite. He smiled at me so I stuck my tongue out at him, we laughed a little and then went back to eating

We both finished eating and Daniel took the plates to the kitchen

D: so Joseph, tell me about yourself

He said walking back to the table

J: well where do you want me to start

I said trying to sound cute

D: start at the basics, here let's go sit on the couch and I'll put on some Netflix

I nodded and we walked to the living room, he sat down on the couch and motioned me to sit next to him.

I sat down and laid my head on his shoulder, he wrapped his arm around my waist. He got on Netflix and turned on the show lost

J: I love this show

I looked at him and he looked at me, we stared into each others eyes for a little while. Then we both started leaning in and our lips were together, the kiss was passionate and deep.

Daniel licked my bottom lip asking for entrances, I immediately opened my mouth and he shoved his tongue in and I moved onto his lap. The kiss lasted about 5 minutes, but I didn't want to take it to far so I pulled away.

J: WOW

A smile grew on both of our faces, I buried my face into his neck as we continued to watch lost

J: so the basics

I said kidding around, he chuckled at my remark and I smiled

D: yeah Joseph, I want to get to know you

He said pulling me closer to him

J: OK well, my full name is Joseph Michael Graceffa, I'm a senior in high school, my favorite colors are blue and green, I am OBSESSED with crystals, I want to pursue a career in acting, and my favorite singers are Lana del Ray and Marina the diamonds

I said sitting up and facing him while on his lap

D: acting huh

He said tapping my nose

J: yup, now it's your turn

D: umm OK well, my full name is Daniel Christopher preda, I'm finishing my schooling online, my favorite colors are teal and crimson red, I want to pursue a career in modeling, and I also love Lana del Ray

J: you could totally be a model, your so sexy

He blushed and kissed my nose

J: can I ask you something

I asked brushing my hand through his hair

D: sure dearium

J: where are your parents

His happy expression turned sad right when I mentioned his parents

D: umm, my parents kicked me out when I came out to them

He started to tear up and I pulled him into a hug

D: I thought they would accept me and love me for who I am, but I thought wrong

He was full on crying in my arms now

J: it's OK Daniel, I shouldn't have asked. My home life isn't really great either, my dad left when I was really young and then after a while my mom married my step dad but she became a really bad alcoholic, which caused her and my step dad to separate and now whenever she's drunk she blames me for both of them leaving

After I told him we were both crying in each others arms

J: and when she drinks she gets really aggressive and violent

D: Joseph, whenever that happens please text me and you can come to my house and be safe OK

He said pulling my face up to look into my eyes

J: OK I will

I think I'm falling for him, I mean he's perfect and he seems to really care for me
