Joey's pov

I was woken up from my peaceful slumber with Daniel by my phone ringing. Daniel groaned as I sat up and answered the phone

J: Hello?

Jm: Joey, where are you? Im leave for church in like ten minutes

J: I stayed the night with my friend. Ill be there in a minute

Jm: ok hurry up

I hung up the phone and turned to face daniel who had had a confused look on his face

D: Friend?

J: I told you she dosent accept me. Ill tell her, just not right now

I said bending down to kiss his cheek and getting up from the bed and walking to the bathroom

J: My mom is making me come to church. Will you come with me?

D: sure baby, anything for you

He replied coming up behind me wrapping his arms around my waist, which made me jump a little. He giggled as I continued to brush my teeth.

Daniel started leaving light kisses on the back of my neck. His touch sent shivers through my body

J: Danny stop it

I said squirming under his touch

D: why?

He asked as he started kissing my neck again but more rough right above my collar bone. A quiet moan left my mouth and Daniel started to suck and bite roughly, sure to leave a mark

J: b-because we h-have t-to get r-ready

I said pushing the words out between each moan

D: fine

He kissed my neck one more time then walked out of the bathroom. I sighed and walked out to get dressed

I opened the door and walked outside as Daniel followed behind me. We walked down the sidewalk in silence, Daniel grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers. I looked over at him and smiled

D: are you ok?

He asked squeezing my hand a little

J: yeah, just a little nervous

Daniel stopped walking and pulled me into a tight hug, I layed my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes. I feel so safe in his arms. He pulled away and I looked up into his eyes

D: dont be nervous baby, Im here

He said leaning in and connecting our lips for a loving kiss, he placed his hand on my cheek and pulled away

J: I love you

D: I love you too

We smiled at eachother and continued walking.

We got to my house and walked up to the door. I opened it and Daniel and I walked in together

J: MOM

Jm: COMING

I stood there waiting for my mom looking down at the ground playing with my fingers until Daniel grabbed my hands. I looked up at him and smiled

D: stop being so nervous Joey, Im right here with you

J: I know its just... Im afraid that if my mom knows that we are together she will be so disgusted that she wont want anything to do with me

I said starting to tear up a little. Daniel wiped my watery eyes and kissed my forhead

Jm: Joey

I pushed away from Daniel and looked up at my mom on the stairs. She looked at me with as I expected a disgusted look on her face

J: um hi mom

Jm: who is this

She asked pointing to Daniel

J: my friend, Daniel

D: hi

She waved awkwardly and walked down the stairs

Jm: well lets get going, we dont want to be late for church

We all walked out the door and too the car. Daniel and I got in the back seat and my mom drove to church
