Daniel's pov

D: baby, wake up

I whispered softly into Joey's ear as I kissed his ear lobe. He giggled and squirmed in my arms. He turned around and opened his eyes

J: Good morning

He said with a toothy smile. I smiled back and kissed his nose

D: we have to ready for school

J: we?! Wait your going with me

I nodded and he jumped out of the bed, squealing in excitement. I smiled fondly and stood up cupping his cheeks with my hand. He froze and looked up into my eyes, I leaned down and pecked his lips

D: come on let's go get ready

I pulled him into the bathroom and picked him up sitting him onto the counter grabbing our tooth brushes and the tooth paste.
I put the tooth paste on the brushes and handed Joey his. We proceeded to brush our teeth, me making funny faces at joey as he giggled at me

J: why do you treat my like a little baby?

He asked as we rinsed off our brushes and sat them by the sink.
He looked at me and I wrapped my arms around his waist kissing his nose

D: because you are my little baby

Joey giggled and covered his mouth with his hand

J: does that mean your my daddy?

I smirked

D: if you want me to be

I remarked kissing down his neck

Joey and I were walking hand in hand to his locker as people have us ugly looks. A familiar looking guy walked by us and Joey clung to my arm getting really close to me

D: what's wrong?

I asked as we stopped at his locker. He shock his head and looked down at our connected hands

J: nothing, its ju-

He was cut off by the familiar guy pushed him into the lockers. In a second I had him by the collar pushed him up against the locker

D: WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YO- wait I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!! YOUR THE GUY WHO WAS KICKING JOEY ON THE GROUND LAST WEEK!! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO SUCH AN AMAZING BEAUTIFUL PERSON?!?! IF YOU EVER, AND I MEAN EVER TOUCH MY BABY AGAIN I WILL BEAT YOU SO HARD THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO FEEL ANY BONES IN YOUR BODY!!! YOU GOT ME?!?

He nodded frantically as I pushed him onto the locker again then let his collar go. He speed walked down the hall as I turned and knelt down to see if Joey is ok

D: are you okay, baby boy?

He nodded as tears fell from his eyes. I pulled him onto my lap and wiped his tears with my thumb

J: T-thank you for p-protecting me

A small smile formed on his lips and I smiled back

D: anything for you sweetheart

He laid his head on my shoulder and whimpered quietly

D: shh, how about we just go home and cuddle? Would you like that baby?

He nodded against my neck and I stood up. He wrapped his arms around my neck and his legs around my waist. I held him up by his bum and walked to my car
