Paige

After work I clock out and said bye to some of my co-workers. I headed to my car as my phone started to ring, it was my Bestfriend laylay. I smile cause I haven't talk to her forever.

She's an actor, and dancer. She's always on the road and every since she've moved to California we've been distance.

I click the green button. "omg. I'm in your city. After I'm done with my section. Maybe we can go too the club tonight" she said sounding beyond happy. I laughed.

"Well hey to you too. But that sounds cool. This job been tiring." I reply.

"Okay well. I'll come pick you up." She said.

"Sounds good" I said before hanging up. Ugh it's Thursday and I have Friday and the weekend off. I need to shake what happen today to the back of my head and stop stressing.

I drove down the road on my way home. Few minutes I arrive.

I walk upstairs to get ready.

After I was done I heard a horn. I lock my doors walking to her car.

"Long time no see" she said cheesing mad hard giving me a hug. I laugh and hug her back.

"So what's been going on?" She ask

"Girl. Lucas pop up at my job"

"You knows he plays for the panthers" she said in a duh tone.

"No lay I didn't ! I haven't heard from that boy in years. I thought I'll never see him again. Now all of a sudden he just pops back up in my life" I said getting a little loud.

"First of all pipe down. I understand. But was he at your job for a check up. Cause he is a football player"

"Yeah " I said calm down.

"Alright then."

"Ugh. He ask could we catch up and I went off on him"

"Only you Paige. Only you" she shook her head. I took in a loud sigh.

We finally pull up to the club. And a lot of people started to notice lay lay face. She ignored them and walk straight in, the body guards tried to stop me but she told them I was with her.

We walked in and Watch out by 2 chainz was beaming loud through the speakers. I tried to look for lay cause she ran off while I was looking around. I then found her waving her hand telling me to come in vip.

I shook my head and pointed to the bar where I was heading. I didn't go to vip because it look pack and I can tell by the way she's kicking it she's going to be wild. I'll go get her before she gets out of hand.

I sat at the bar and order a peach ciroc.

"Well, well, well. Paige" I heard that familiar voice I know to well. I rolled my eyes.

"Yes mister football player" I said turning around facing Lucas.

"What your doing here?" He ask

"Out with laylay" I replied. He rolled his eyes. Him and laylay never got along, from all he did to me in the pass. I just nodded my head.

"Seems like your being nice tonight" he said sitting next to me.

"Eh." I shrug my shoulders. I honestly don't know why I'm being so nice tonight. Guess I'm just going with the flow.

"Wanna dance?" He ask I shook my head no. I don't want us to be friends. Cause well I can't be friends with someone I fell in love with.

I was starting to get a headache so I went to find laylay.

"Where you going?" Lucas ask pulling my arm.

I gave him the death stare. "First off. Don't pull me like that. And I'm bout to leave" I said walking off.

After we won our game we decided to celebrate and go to the club. I found Paige sitting at the bar. I tried so hard to get back on her good side. But it seems like she has these walls built and won't let nobody in.

I decided to check up with her before she leave. I found her walking out the club with her Bestfriend.

"Paige," I called after her. She turned around.

"Here's my number.. Please use it" I said handing her my number. She looked at me as if I had two heads and continue walking.
