"Where can I put my extra books?" I asked Ponyboy. Pony had invited me to his house so he could tutor me. I told him that I was having trouble with a few things (which I wasn't) so I could hang out with him. "You can put them over there." He said, pointing to the kitchen table. After putting my extra books down, I took my math textbook and paper and sat on the couch with him.

We started working fluently, understanding every word until I remembered; I was supposed to need help. "Can you help me with this?" I asked Pony. He looked up and nodded at me with a cute grin. At first I was watching the form of numbers he was putting together on the pages, but once I looked at him I couldn't stop staring at his handsome face. I love his voice when he's reading or explaining things. His voice was always soothing and when he rarely stumbled over things, he would do this little grin with a small laugh before starting over.

I got taken out of my trance when I heard his voice trail off an I saw him look up. "What are you staring at me for?" He said playfully. I looked down when I felt my cheeks becoming pink and a grin was forming on my face. He took his book off of his lap and placed them on the floor. He scooted closer to me so ours arms were touching. He put his face next to mine and said "Huh?". I started to laugh causing him to also. He gently lifted up my face so that we were only two inches apart. The gap filled in with our lips, softly touching. After a few seconds, he parted away from me and smiled. "You don't know how long I've wanted to do that." He smiled. "Me too." You agreed. "Y/N, I've liked you for a while now and I was wondering if you wanted to be my girl?" "Yes, Pony. I would love that."

After another hour of just talking, I told Pony that I needed to go home. We walked the whole way to my house with our fingers intertwined. He gave me a quick kiss on the check before I entered my house, but I pulled him back and kissed his lips. He blushed and and said "Bye.", before walking off of my porch. I walked into my bedroom and collapsed on my bed, with the biggest, nerdiest smile on my face, wondering how I got the boy of my dreams.
