Chapter 2
It was morning once again in Sydney, Australia. I had been up all night cuz of the one occurring nightmare I'd had for almost 2 months now. I looked around at my surroundings I was in a partially dark room with everything quiet. I had always wondered why humans always became so pampered. Its like they can't live without their precious stuff. When all I had was the clothes in my bag, a picture of Jason and me when I was younger, and the money he had given me before he was killed. I basically had nothing with me from my previous life as a human. After I left hell I went to Europe for a while. I had decide it was better if I was away from old memories so I left. Today was my third week here in Australia, I missed my normal life I had no friends and I only talked to people if it was absolutely necessary. I decided to stretch my wings out and put them to use. I opened my window quietly and jumped out and let my wings take me away. I was up so high I could see a plane and I decided it
was best to stay away. after my long flight I took a nice soothing shower and got up and used an ace bandage to conceal my wings. As usual I put on my hoodie and jeans so no one would see me. I walked out of my apartment and started walking when I felt an eery presence. I looked around and then I saw nothing but darkness. When I woke up I felt weak and everything was blurry. I could faintly see a figure a few feet away but I couldn't make out features. I blinked a few times and my sight finally cleared up. when I looked up I was looking into the beautiful ice blue eyes of an angel.
"W-who are you?" I said not trusting my voice.
"My name is Ian and I work for the demon king for now and I'm gonna be rich because I finally caught you." he said.
I looked down terrified that if I looked up tears would spill from my eyes.
"So your gonna send me to the demon king so he can kill me?" I asked as I looked at him as he stared into my eyes I felt our souls connect and I knew what that meant....we were soul-mates.
