Jai's POV:

I noticed her as soon as she came in. Her long beautiful hair cascading down her back in waves. She was wearing the dress i picked out for her which indeed did look very hot on her i have to say. Her ice blue eyes wandered around the place as they always do. I must say, aside from her beautiful face and amazing body, her eyes are something i love about her. They show so much about her personality however i do believe they hide so much too. It intrigues me.

She made her way through the sweaty bodies and found her way to a small group of people that must of been her friends. They immediately started conversation and the over excited boy started dragging Riley and the two other girls towards the dance floor.

Your probably wondering why im here at this party. Well, my friends cousin is dating someone who was invited here and he invited us and as soon as we heard there was a party, we had to be there. I didnt expect to see Riley here at all but if im being honest, her being here has made my night 10x more interesting.

As she was dragged away onto the dance floor, her and her group of friends all started dancing. The sight made me smirk. I took a sip of my alcoholic beverage which immediately filled my throat with a burning sensation. The fact that i cant drink much tonight as im driving disappointed me but atleast i can pay all my attention on Riley. As usual her eyes once again wondered around the room, scanning to see if anyone she recognised had arrived. Just as she was about to focus on her friends again, she looked towards my direction. Then her eyes met mine. I smirked as she searched my features like she usually does. A look of nervousness clear across her features. I took another sip of my drink as Rileys eyes left my face and looked down.

10 minutes had passed and she had excused herself from her group of friends and walked towards the stairs. I knew that sometimes it can be dangerous going up there on your own, especially for a girl as beautiful as her. So i waited about a minute and followed her. I could see her figure ascending up he stairs as i quickly followed her. About a minute later she was approached by a man who looked around 21 to 22 ish. Brandon Walters. He was probably the most dangerous person in this building. He has a reputation for forcing girls to do sexual stuff with him and all that shit and hes bee put i a jail cell many many times. I waited behind the corner to see if anything happened. He approached her and started talking to her, i could tell she was nervous but she always is anyway and it wasnt until i saw fear in her eyes when i stepped in.

"Brandon" I shouted with a loud voice.

"I thought you were over your little pathetic stage? obviously i was wrong" I continued.

"I-I was just asking who this l-lovely lady was j-jai" He stuttered.

Riley scoffed. "Oh really Brandon.... it looked to me like you were scaring her" I questioned.

"N-No Jai I wa-" I cut him off. "Let me get one thing straight Walters, if you ever do this to Riley ever again or infact to any girl... I will make sure to hunt you down and put you through the pain that you have put all them girls into. Understood?" I growled as i held him against the wall.

"Yes J-jai" He trembled.

"Good No go" I shouted.

He ran away as soon as i let go of him. I turned my attention towards Riley who had a pale white colour spread across her cheeks as she stared at me. She shook as asked her "are you okay? Did he hurt you?". She just replied with a small "yes" and looked down.

"should i take you home?" I suggested.

"Yes Please" She replied with a small, shaky voice.

And from there we left the party and got into my black car. I kept my gaze on her as she stepped into the car. By this point she had small tears falling from her blue eyes. Silence filled the car as we both buckled up. The only noise being the sound of the harsh engine and Riley's small sniffles, leaving me concerned.
