Little Talks

"Scott!" I called in a hushed whisper. "Back door" I added, Sam nodding. We snuck in the back of the school, trying to keep a low profile. I'm not sure how well the school would react seeing one of their students back from the dead. "What do you think's going on?" I asked, Dean shutting the door quietly behind us.

"I don't know, but it must be important" Sam muttered, pausing as we remained silent. "Emma, if it came down to it, would you kill Stiles? If it was the only way to stop the nogitsune, would you?" Sam asked as I whipped around to face him.

"It's not going to come down to that" I muttered, shaking my head slowly. Sam raised his eyebrows, tilting his head as if to counter me. "It won't. And even if it did, we'd find away. We always find a way" I told him, turning back to the hallway.

"Emma, that's what you said last time, remember? You ended up dead" Sam responded, causing me to wince.

"Wow Sam, a little blunt?" Dean interjected, frustration in his voice. "Emma's right. We're not letting anyone else die. We'll find something, got it?" Dean laid it down with a forceful tone, Sam sighing as he nodded. "Good, 'cause here comes Scott"

Scott ran towards us, two others behind him. They were twins actually, about Scott's height with broad shoulders and reddish hair. "Guys, thank god you're here" Scott breathed, his eyes wide with nerves. My heart sped up a little more, my panic increasing.

"And you must be the famous Emma" the taller of the twins stated, a smirk on his face. "The amazingly strong, courageously brave, stunningly beautiful and incredibly witty Emma. We've heard so much about you" he pretended to bow. I couldn't help but roll my eyes as his twin shoved him lightly.

"What's going on? And why are Ethan and Aiden here?" Sam asked, narrowing his eyes on them. Ethan and Aiden, the twins which had been in the alpha pack. The twins that had helped force Derek to kill Boyd. The one's who had witnessed Erica's death and let it happen. Aiden, the boy who liked Lydia.

"Geez, we get it, you don't like us. But we're here to help, okay? We're trying to be good guys here" one of them interjected.

"Okay Ethan, relax" Scott told him, my mind placing the slightly shorter one as Ethan. "Guys, it's true. I'm not saying I trust them completely but we need all the help we can get, okay?" Sam and Dean offered a reluctant nod. "I called you guys here because there's a noise coming from the basement. It sounds like...like one of Argent's emitters" Scott explained, riddling me with confusion.

"Well, did you call him? Ask him where he was?" I asked, trying to ignore the way my nails dug into my arms. Something felt wrong, something deep inside was warning me.

"I texted him and he told me he wasn't anywhere near the school. And even worse, his supplies had been broken into recently" Scott said in a low voice, as if someone could be listening in. I closed my eyes, listening for a moment, hearing the very faint sound. I couldn't really explain it, but I had enhanced hearing and scent. More than a human but less than a werewolf. Maybe it was because I was supernatural once but I was just glad to have it.

"Let's go. Now" I whispered, chills dancing down my spine. Scott nodded, taking off towards the basement, the five of us close behind him. Scott pulled open the basement door as I followed right behind him, trotting down the stairs. We came to the bottom, the only sound being the high pitched squeal of the emitter. I winced, covering my ears with my hands.

The lighting was dark, only adding to my increasing fear. "This way!" Scott shouted, leaving Sam and Dean confused as to why the four of us were wincing, considering they aren't werewolves. I walked next to Scott, my eyes spotting a figure in the shadows at the end.
