Chapter 3: Koizora

Ethan's POV

     
      "Dude! Nakita mo naman diba?! I followed her, I even talked to her pero bwisit pa din sya sakin. Oyyy dude!! Anong gagawin ko??" Sabi ni Raven na nakadapa sa kama at pinipiga yung unan. Pag tinamaan ka nga naman talaga.

     Nandito kaming dalawa ngayon sa kwarto namin. Kanina pa nya ako kinukulit kung anong gagawin nya kay Zandria or Zandria or whatever her name is. Kanina sabi ko sundan nya, sinundan nya nga inasar naman nya.

     "Kausapin mo sya nang maayos. Do something sweet, like mag sorry ka, yung sincere ha. Tapos give her what she likes." Sagot ko sa kanya.

     "Yes naman! May future ka sa pag bibigay nang advice no?." Asar nya.

   "Huh. Raven 'been there, done that' lang yan."

     "It looks like you're having fun their!" Bati ko sa kanila nang maka baba kami ni Raven, grabe di man lang kami napansin. Busy sa panliligaw nila.

    Matagal na magkakilala si Mac at Clara, they're batchmates sa dating school nila. Today is the first meeting of Liz' friends and mine pero may kanya kanyang bet na sila, si Mac crush nya daw talaga si Clara, dati pa. Si Ronnie naman type si Austin. Si Karlo, love at first sight kay Jenica. Tapos ito si Raven, patay na patay kay Zandria.

      "Uyyy tol!! Ang saya namin dito, diba?!" Sabi ni Karlo sabay tingin at akbay kay Jenica.

     "Tigilan mo nga ako!" Inis na sagot ni Jenica sa kanya at hinawi ang kamay nito sa balikat nya.

     "Ooooohhhhh... Hahahahaha!" Sabay tawa namin ni Raven.

     "Tol, bahala ka na dumiskarte ha, pupuntahan ko lang si Liz." Bulong ko sa kanya.

Raven's POV

   "Hi," bati ko sa katabi ni Ronnie, Austin yata ang pangalan?! Aasarin ko lang sya nang konti. "Again I'm Raven, nice meeting you." Lumapit ako para bumulong sa tenga nya, "Pwede bang magtanong?"

     "Ehem, ehem. Excuse me lang ha." Tumayo si Ronnie at umupo sa pagitan namin ni Austin at ngumiti si Austin na parang kinikilig. Parang nag kakamabutihan na tong dalawa ahh. "What are you saying again?" Sabi nya.

    "Itatanong ko lang naman sana kung nasaan si Zandria."

     "She's upstairs, alone. Maybe sleeping or watching a movie." Austin said.

     "Thanks." Sabi ko at umakyat na papunta sa kwarto nila Zandria. Nag dala din akong juice para sa kanya.

    Pag dating ko sa tapat ng kwarto ni Zandria, gusto ko nang kumatok pero ayaw gumalaw ng mga kamay ko.

      "Well, I'll just check on her, if she's doing fine at magso-sorry na din. Wala naman sigurong masama dun." Bulong ko sa sarili ko sabay hinga nang malalim.

    "Good luck!" May narinig akong bumulong sakin at kumatok sya sa pinto. Pag tingin ko si Ethan.

    "What the heck!?" Bulong ko na pagalit.

    "Ang tagal mo ehh. Kanina ka pa jan! Go!! Pasok na!" He said then smirked.

   

    "Come in."

     

      Dahan dahan kong binuksan yung pinto at sumilip muna, nakita ko na nanonood nga sya nang movie. Now I know that their barkada really knows each other.

      "Uhhh hi?! I bought you juice. Some kind of peace offering." Sabi ko sa kanya nung napatingin sya sa may side ko.

     "Ohh it's you, Mister cr," tumango sya parang sign na pwede akong pumasok. "What do you want now? Please, wag ka munang mang asar. I'm watching a movie." Hindi pa nga pala nya ako kilala. 

     I entered their room, it's big and nice. Clean and neat, not like our room. It's a mess. There's a double-deck bed, for her and Austin.

      "I wanted to apologize for everything that had happened. It's just a sort of a prank or anything for fun. You know, boys will be boys. Well, I hope we can still be friends, Can I sit?" She's sitting on the floor while eating the popcorn. She's really cute.

    "Apology accepted and yes. Just thank God for giving me a good mood today." She said without even looking at me. She really wanted the movie that much, that no one can disturb her.

     "Thank God." I whispered and sat beside her, now we're just an inch closer. "What's the movie?" I asked to start the conversation.

     "Koizora, a korean film." She said.

    "Zandria, you're crying." I said while giving her the box of tissue.

      "How many times do I have to tell you and your friends that it's Zandria not Zandria?!" She said while whiping off her tears.

     "Don't be that serious. I'm just uncomfortable with Zandria, it's too informal. I think?"

    "Haha! Call me Irish then, it's my second name."

    "Irish. Beautiful. You reminds me of my mom." I smiled. I remember of those memories with her. She's sweet and caring.

    "Why? Where is she?"

  I sighed. "In heaven." Then smiled. I miss her so much.

    "Mind if you share?" Now she looked at me straight in the eyes. Beautiful brown eyes.

    "I'm glad you did'nt say 'sorry' like the others." Majority of the people around the world would say 'sorry' if they knew your love ones died. I just wonder why. There's nothing to be sorry about, right?!

    "Well, it's not the thing that can comfort a person, the thing is if he/she can share what his/her thoughts to a trustworthy friend." She said with a smile on her face. "So, mind if you share?"

     "Not really but not now." I looked at my watch, it's almost 2 am. "It's too late. Goodnight, goodmorning rather." Tumayo ako at naglakad papunta sa pinto.

    "Ahh mister---"

    "Ace. My name is Ace." I looked back, she's already sitted on the edge of her bed.

  

   "Ace," It's so nice hearing her say my name. "Thank you for tonight. Thank you for being with me. I had fun even if I cried a lot because of the movies we watched. Haha." She smiled. Pearly whites. Gorgeous.

    Tumalikod ako at tuluyan nang lumabas sa kwarto nya.

   "Me too." I smiled, looking at the door of their room still holding the door knob, remembering everything that happened tonight. Best night of my life. So far.
