Chapter 10: Separated

When I was fully conscious.

I saw Keon laying on the ground beside me.

"Keon!"

I ran towards to try and wake him up.

"Keon...Keon!"

He finally opened his eyes.

"Whe-where are we?" He asked.

I looked up from where we had fallen.

"I don't know. We must have fell a long way"

We both had got up, and he looked up.

"Man. We gotta find a way back to the others" he said.

I nodded my head as we started to walk.

As we were walking down the path.

I heard a voice.

"Did you hear that?"

"Hear what?" He asked.

I heard it again, it sounded like people talking.

"That's has to be them"

I quickly started running towards where I heard it.

-Keon POV-

She started running.

I had no clue what she was hearing.

"Hey, Ari wait!"

I quickly ran behind her.

As I was running I noticed a dead end...a cliff.

"Ari stop. Its a dead end"

But she kept running.

I quickly started sprinting to catch her before she fell.

She was getting closer and closer....then she fell, but I caught her hand.

"...huh, Keon" she said

I tried my best to hang on to her.

I don't know why but it feels like someone is pulling her down.

When I looked below her...there was someone pulling her down.

It wasn't human.

"No...LET HER GO!"

"Keon." She said.

Then losing strength she fell down.

"ARIANNA!"

-Allison POV-

"ARIANNA!" I heard.

I stopped and looked behind me.

"What's wrong?" Elijah asked.

"I-I think I heard Arianna's name"

"Your sure?" He asked.

"Yeah, I'm positive I heard someone yell her name"

"What are you guys doing" Bomani said.

"She said she heard someone yell Arianna's name" he said

Bomani looked around and said "This cave is can create illusions..."

He looked around again.

"We're not alone...we must find them immediately" he said as we started walking again.

-Keon POV-

"ARIANNA!"

I didn't hear anything.

I didn't know what to do.

Not thinking I quickly started to climb down carefully.

As I was going down, I noticed it was a long way down...

Then I was grabbed and dragged down.

"AHH, LET GO!"

When I looked at what was dragging me from my feet it wasn't human at all.

I had to figure out how to get away.

I grabbed something sharp that I was dragged by, and stabbed it in the hand.

I quickly ran and hid.

"Keon, help me" I heard.

"Arianna"

I quickly went back and there she was...

-Elijah POV-

"Why do we have to find them quickly?"

"There's a group of supernaturals here...There called Crocotta's" he said

"Whats that?" Allison asked.

That doesn't sound good at all.

"There supernaturals who can mimic anyones voice or take any human form to lure there victims to them" he said.

"What happens if you caught?"

"Then your killed" he said.

"...Yeah I think we should find them quickly"

We began to pick up our pace.

I hope their safe.

-Keon POV-

"I thought you were hurt"

"No, Im fine. Thanks for worrying" she said.

Then she embraced me.

"...Ari"

"Im happy I have you" she said.

I embraced her back.

"Me too"

As we were standing there embracing each other...I felt something wrong.

Now that I think about it, Ari wouldn't tell me this in a situation like this.

She's not the type to tell her feelings so easily.

"You know you can be clueless sometimes..."

"Wha-...ahh!"

Suddenly I was stabbed on my side.

I coughed up blood as I began to back up.

My vision began to get blurry, but I slapped myself to stay conscious.

When I looked up, it was coming towards me.

Holding my side, I quickly ran past it.

"How can I get away" I thought.

I couldn't run anymore my side hurt really bad.

I had to think and quick.

All I had was my sword.

The only thing I could do was let it come to me and stab it in its chest.

It risky, and I'm scared...

It started to charge towards me and I pulled out my sword.

As it got closer, I was getting more and more nervous...

Then it completely fell on top of me...
