Recap: Eirene's family got up and left her at night and took basically everything because she made the decision to go to war. She's unhappy with this as anyone else might be so she runs to get rid of steam and eventually ends up at the ocean again where she finds some sort of relief. Sebastian is mad about going to war and ends up in a fight with his father. He also storms out of the mass dinner and has no idea where he is headed.

Sebastian's POV:

I had no idea where I was going to go. The ocean seems like a good enough place yet I realize that I don't I had always taken out my anger in the Waters. Yet before I could even spend more time to think my feet were hitting the ground and I was carried off by my mind to the ocean. I arrived at the sandy beaches and quickly unstrapped the leather shoes that trapped my feet in. Before long I was in the water fighting against black waves. The waters it always been black whenever my emotions were of rage and I felt disconnected from the world. Why hadn't there been anyone out there that felt the same way I did. Why couldn't anyone understand that this war was something that our country would never come back from. Why couldn't they understand that they were leaving their families and other loved ones behind for something as stupid as to protect Athens. I couldn't stop any of them. Now at least.
I was stupid the way that I was acting. I needed to get out of the water onto the shore to dry off and go apologize to my father. There was clearly no way of stopping them and though it was still a bad idea I have no choice. I swam to the shore but stopped halfway to see the blue figure again. It walked about the beach kicking sand and angrily way unlike the time that I've seen it before. This time however was different the blue figure wasn't a figure this time it was a woman dressed in loosely tied linens and mangled mess of curly hair. I called out and continued to scream yet my voice couldn't be heard over the crashing of the waves. I swam closer, still yelling, trying to get my voice to be heard over the water. She looked up at me when I finally reach the shore realizing all too late that I'd been standing bare.

"Who are you?"The blue woman looked at me as if she was seen something out of all belief, her mouth opened to scream but no sound came out. And just like she had appeared, she disappeared within a few seconds. Normally I would've questioned this but under the circumstances I didn't care. I need to get done what needed to be done. She left me to the dark waters and a sun setting off in the distance. Without caring that I was sopping wet I threw back on the leather which I would later regret and ran back towards the palace where my father I'm sure was fast asleep next to my mother. I would apologize but I would not see eye to eye with him and if I could protect any of these men who are going have to wear with me I would do so even if it meant I was disobeying him. After jogging slowly back to the palace. I ran quickly through the guards who didn't bother to question me and attempted to find my way through the dark as it done as a child to find my parents bedroom. I walked in and woke him up from his sleep only to get grumbling, groaning and a vase thrown at me.

"what do you want?" He murmured in his half asleep voice.

"To say I'm sorry."

"That's it? You woke me up for that!"

"No I also wanted to tell you that I am going to war" I hung my head I had to give in sometime.

"Good be ready for training in the morning we will meet at sunrise" with that he rolled over his large body casting a huge shadow ovr my mother Who he reached over and pulled to his side. I exited the room and walked back to mine without questioning if what I just done was the right thing to do. I crawled onto my mat and eventually slept.

Eirene's POV:
I didn't care that my hair was in a tangled mess or that affect my dress was blowing in the wind in such a manner that sent chills down my spine. I looked out at the ocean towards the darkening waves that were wearing underneath the morning sun. I hadn't ran for that long, so I wasn't fully exhausted yet but that only allowed manger to still stir inside of me. So the waves were my friend, and they would help me get through the situation for the moment. As I was looking out of the waves I don't just a blue figure glowing out in the water, it was a man. A man I didn't know. I thought no one knew about my spot, this was my place no one should know heck even no one around here knew that there was a drop off to the ocean at the spot. I yelled out at him wondering if you would notice me or maybe even be able to hear me from being so far out but after continues shouting I doubted that he even understood what I was saying, I should've known better though realizing that he was a glowing blue figure floating inside of the ocean, it probably wasn't even a man. My imagination flowed to heavily and the glowing blue blob was probably just some coral or seaweed maybe a fish. Tonight would be the night that I would get myself put together and that I would make my own stand against my parents I would practiced until the day of the war. I needed to become the top for year the only way to do that was by learning. Little do they know that I will probably make soldier history for Athens. Ha ha let them watch and see me as I received awards after all of this is through. Would they really want to leave me then? No, I doubt it. They would cry out in the crowd oh that's our lovely son he takes care of her business and did well in the war. I will just deny them. I wrapped the linens tight around my waist and began to climb the rock wall that led up to the main part of the land so that I would be able to make it back in home in time before it got dark so that I could manage to scrape together food, and maybe begin my training.
