Dating the One I Hate

~Only Just A Dream~

(Eren's POV)

I shot up from my spot and gasped, my heart racing. I clutched at my chest and look around at my surroundings. The bed was slightly drenched with sweat, and I was in a dark area. It was cool, but an area of my face felt freezing, as the ice back slid down into my lap from my head. I was in the nurse.

I continued to look around, until I came upon a familiar tuft of silky jet black hair in an undercut, sitting in a chair beside me. He was sleeping.

"Levi?" I croaked, unsure of my voice. I looked down at my arm to see that it only had faded scars from when I used to cut myself. Confused I took a deep breath, seeing as it wasn't painful, and lifted up my shirt to follow suit. Only slight bruising was found in my abdomen area. Other than that, I seemed to be perfectly fine.

So then why did my dream seem so real? Did that never really happen?

"Admiring your body now are we?" I jumped at the sound and looked to the recipient. Levi had woken up, and caught me staring at my stomach.

"Levi." I lurched over and hugged him, making the chair he was in fall.

"Ah! Jaeger!" We fell with a loud crash, causing us both to slightly wince.

I pulled apart ever so slightly and locked our lips together.

Immediately Levi kissed back, melding his lips into mine. He lifted me up so I was straddling him, and kept his hands firmly at waist.

"Ahem." 

We broke apart and looked up at the nurse who was smirking, arms crossed. I blushed, refusing to meet her eye.

"Seems I'm interrupting something?"

"S-sorry. I just...had a bad dream I guess."

Levi and I both stood up, and sat back down to our rightful places. The nurse chuckled, and got some materials, along with clean cloths and a new ice pack.

Levi was pouting, with his arms crossed.

"Do you remember what happened Eren?" I shook my head.

"I guess while I was out, I had a terrible dream...and now I'm having a hard time grasping reality."

"That shit for brains Aruro and his gang decided to bully you. You passed out soon after you were slammed into the lockers. Luckily Mikasa and I found you." The nurse shook her head and rolled her eyes.

"And Levi beat the crap out of them, earning him a detention." I looked back at Levi, and he just shrugged. I then smiled at him, titling my head slightly.

He looked at me as I smiled and did one of his own. It was little and small, but it was there. And it meant something.

"So, what is going on between you two? Hmm?" The nurse inquired, smirking.

"I don't think I ever seen Levi Ackerman smile." He rolled his eyes at her mock surprise, and she chuckled.

She took his hands and rewrapped them, causing me to notice they were wrapped in the first place.

I frowned at the thought of him being hurt in my expense. He noticed because he sent me a bigger smile, after a sigh.

"Eren, I'm fine okay? I didn't do anything I didn't want to do." I nodded, still a little upset but good nonetheless.
