The world had changed since the last time you had been there. The world had unlearned things it had once known. And the world had learned things it had never known before.
At first you had been afraid to tell your new friends who you really were, or better said, who you had once been. But after hearing about all the weird things happening in Beacon Hills, you had gathered all your courage and had cleared your throat. "I don't know if you guys believe in reincarnation, but..."
No one had flinched or moved, no one had shown any sign of judgement. They had all let you finish your story.
"I was once an Egyptian Queen..." You had bent your head to stare at your feet and for a moment everyone had kept quiet.
"So, does that mean you can tell us how to build a pyramid?" Stiles had been the first to say something. At first you had thought that he was mocking you, but his question had been serious and he had not spoken with a strange undertone. "No, seriously. I've seen way more messed up stuff than reincarnation." He had shrugged his shoulders and you had smiled.
"Are you ready to become famous?" You had told him and that was the point that the others realized that you were serious, that you weren't joking.
"Holy..." Isaac bit his tongue and everyone was staring at you.
You couldn't blame them. You would have done so too. Probably.
