A swirl of light gathered around Loni, almost like she was being encased in a tornado of light. Her arms came up. Her tail slackened. Her ears drooped. Her eyes closed.
She fell to the floor as my hand stopped glowing. I picked her up from under her arms and drug her towards the wall and leaned her back against it. I turned around to face everyone. Every one stood where they were and just stared at me. I knew her name was there. I felt it. I balled up my fists, then released the one from the pain of my cut.
"I just...I knew her name was there. I had to do it. I knew that something might happen if I didn't do it soon. She... She could've."
"Died." Zona finished. She came closer to me. "You would've sensed it if she was a demon. But she isn't. So how could you sense her?"
I looked at Shana.
"You are a Rizama. That's why." Shana said.
"Rizama? Is that like an Okil, but with more demons?"
"Yes and no." She said. " When you're an Okil, that's just a title for how many demons you have. A Rizama not only tells people how many demons you have, it gives you a little bit of a future-sight like power. Apparently, Loni is considered a demon because she has our powers. So when you summoned Suni, you got the future-sight, but it wasn't really activated until a few minutes ago. It activated just before you felt that Loni was a demon and could've been harmed."
"That's when you summoned her." Shina finished.
Then the future-sight hit me and I broke down in tears, dropping to the floor.
"Elise! What's wrong?!" Shina ran over and asked.
"It's my mom." I said, shaking. My voice wavering.
"She's going to die."
