BILL

Bill knew Beast boy was trying to figure him out. For awhile, it was fun to mess with him. He'd climb up trees and fall straight down, then Wirt would yell at him for hurting his vessel. Bill would laugh and say, "What does he matter?"

But for awhile now, Dipper had been quiet. At first, Bill could hear him yelling in his head, but now there was nothing.

Bill tried not to care at first, but it was hard to ignore the silence. He worried that if Dipper's soul was lost, it would go straight to Wirt. Wirt hadn't learned how to control the souls he took in yet, so if he got a hold of Dipper's, he wouldn't know. And once Wirt has a soul, it doesn't come back.

Bill looked at Wirt. His eyes flashed into their many colors (they do that when he receives a soul. Or when he gets really upset.) then returned to his usual brown color. Bill couldn't help but worry for a second.

What am I thinking, Bill thought, Pine Tree is fine. And if he isn't, it won't matter.

He shoved his hands deeper in his pockets.

He didn't have any idea where Dipper was.
