Marry/unexpected encounter

This is it,the engagement party. I can't believe that we've made it this far in our relationship.

Since me and Alfie had Zach, when me and Alfie had "it" in four months, he actually didn't notice that the condom had broken. I did notice but I didn't want Alfie to stop. The feeling is too irresistible. And as this news goes on , I am pregnant four months old. And the doctor says that it is possible that I would be miscarried.

Anyways, I've invited all my friends even the Americans. It's gonna be the best party ever. The party starts at around 4. So there is a lot of things to do.

**time skip***

It was time for the party to start. Alfie has invited my arch enemy from secondary. She is still my enemy today so I kind of had an argument.

Marcus came up to me and talked for a while,until I started to feel cramps/contractions. THE BABY!!!

I fell to the floor. Alfie ran up to me and lifted my dress." You're bleeding." He whispered.

Marcus ran to the stage to get everyone's attention. "Excuse me. Can I have your attention please? Zoë's bleeding and I don't think its her...um. Anyways, can somebody call 999 ?!!!" And on that moment everyone crowded me.

Alfie's pov
Minutes later the ambulance came . " sorry family members only" a man said " I'm her husband ,this is our child and he's her brother." I said. He nodded. We hopped on the back of the vehicle and made our way to the hospital.

As soon as we got there the doctor said that she was miscarried. "What would you like to name your baby girl?" She asked. "Zenaida Alexis Deyes."

The doctor said that Zoe was in a coma and it would last for weeks.

Joe's pov
She was miscarried. I can't believe that she was pregnant and never even told us. I'm her brother. I could've helped her when she needed it.

Alfie pov
After the doctor left I encouraged her to wake up .
"Zoe,please wake up. I know that coma is going to last weeks but please just wake up." And after that encouragement her hands moved and her eyes are opening. It worked!! "How many days have I been in a coma??" Those were the first words I've heard from her. I hugged her for God knows how long and Joe just came in until he heard something.

Z: its my fault for not telling you in the first place

A: no it isn't ,you were just insecure about what's going to happen

Z: how can I get her back ??!
(Tearing up / sobbing)

A: don't worry ,we still have Zach and that is our number one priority

Z:I'm sorry for crashing the party

A:it's okay

Z: I love you

A: I love you too

I leaned in to give her a kiss. It got deeper but we stopped when the doctor came in. "Ms Sugg. I have your results." I was quite terrified and squeezed Alfie's hand mk ore tighter. Joe was asleep so he didn't have a thought about this. "Zoe , I have good news and bad news. The good news is that you were pregnant with twins but the other twin died but the other one is still alive. The bad news is that you can no longer have children. Well, you can have two or three more but further than that the baby would be miscarried." She said. "Thank you ." Alfie said breaking the silence.
